【摘要】：中央扶貧開發(fā)工作會議召開和《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)的決定》下發(fā)一年多以來,精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧取得了巨大進展和成就。脫貧攻堅中也出現(xiàn)了一些新的情況和問題,需要盡快研究解決。當(dāng)前,可從進一步遵循扶貧內(nèi)在規(guī)律、強化以改革為動力、發(fā)揮市場機制作用、擴大扶貧信息公開四個方面入手來深入推進脫貧攻堅,從而更好地貫徹落實好精準(zhǔn)扶貧、精準(zhǔn)脫貧基本方略,實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、可持續(xù)脫貧和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the meeting of the Central Committee on Poverty Alleviation and Development and the "decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on winning the War to overcome Poverty" and launched more than a year ago, great progress and achievements have been made in helping the poor with precision. There are also some new situations and problems in overcoming poverty, which need to be solved as soon as possible. At present, we can further follow the inherent laws of poverty alleviation, strengthen reform as a driving force, give full play to the role of market mechanism, and expand the publicity of information on poverty alleviation in order to deepen the efforts to overcome poverty and tackle key problems, so as to better carry out and implement the accurate poverty alleviation. Accurate basic strategy to achieve stability, sustainable poverty eradication and development.
