【摘要】：東北地區(qū)具有發(fā)展乳業(yè)區(qū)域集群的政策優(yōu)勢和基礎(chǔ)條件。運(yùn)用區(qū)位商法和選取產(chǎn)值指標(biāo),對東北地區(qū)乳業(yè)區(qū)域集群度進(jìn)行測度。結(jié)果表明,東北地區(qū)乳業(yè)集中程度遠(yuǎn)高于全國平均水平,但優(yōu)勢逐漸減弱。為全面推進(jìn)東北地區(qū)乳業(yè)區(qū)域集群發(fā)展,應(yīng)從政策協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、組織網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建、文化理念引導(dǎo)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范提升等方面發(fā)揮乳業(yè)區(qū)域集群效應(yīng),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)東北地區(qū)老工業(yè)基地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Northeast area has the policy superiority and basic condition of developing dairy industry regional cluster. By using the location quotient method and the index of output value, the paper measures the regional cluster degree of dairy industry in Northeast China. The results showed that the concentration of dairy industry in Northeast China was much higher than the national average level, but the advantage gradually weakened. In order to promote the regional cluster development of dairy industry in Northeast China, the regional cluster effect of dairy industry should be brought into play from the aspects of policy innovation, organization network construction, cultural concept guidance and standard promotion. Thus promoting the economic development of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
