基于GIS的黃土高原地區(qū)農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地整理潛力測算及評價
[Abstract]:The overall suitability of land use in the Loess Plateau is poor, and land resources are scarce. Under the influence of natural conditions and social development, the utilization of rural construction land in this area is characterized by extensive and low efficiency. In recent years, there are hollow villages, abandoned land and other new problems appear. It is very important to improve the efficiency of rural land use and solve the new problem of rural land use through the arrangement of rural construction land, especially in the loess hilly area where land resources are scarce. In order to make land consolidation smooth, rural construction land consolidation potential evaluation is essential. This study takes Zhidan County as an example to evaluate the potential of rural construction land consolidation in the Loess Plateau. Combined with land intensive theory, system engineering theory and other related knowledge, using GIS technology and mathematical statistics method, the potential of rural construction land consolidation is quantitatively evaluated from two aspects: potential level and spatial distribution. Firstly, based on the existing data, the geographic database is constructed, and the evaluation model of per capita construction land standard method is used to realize the evaluation of the theoretical potential of the research area by relying on the database. The evaluation results show that the theoretical potential of the study area is great and the spatial distribution is different. Secondly, based on the real environment of the region, the potential correction index system is constructed, and the theoretical potential correction is carried out by using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model, and the actual potential is calculated. The actual potential evaluation results show that the actual conditions of each unit have great influence on the realization of potential. It is necessary to consider the impact of practical factors on the consolidation potential evaluation, and the better the economic and social development of each unit is, the more conducive to the release of the consolidation potential. Based on the evaluation of practical potential, the natural discontinuous point classification method of GIS technique is used to classify the potential of the study area according to the comprehensive potential coefficient. According to the evaluation results of collation potential, a comprehensive index system was constructed, and the method of stacking map was used to sort out potential zoning. Finally, analysis and evaluation of the results of the study area of rural construction land consolidation proposed implementation recommendations. As a whole, the whole evaluation process also shows that GIS technology has good adaptability in evaluating the potential of rural construction land consolidation.
