【摘要】：休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是將休閑觀光旅游和農(nóng)業(yè)緊密聯(lián)系在一起的生態(tài)旅游活動(dòng),為城鎮(zhèn)居民提供了觀光旅游、文化學(xué)習(xí)、農(nóng)事體驗(yàn)、休憩健身的場(chǎng)所,為城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)、信息溝通、物質(zhì)交流搭建了橋梁與通道。休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)可以作為一種新型的生態(tài)旅游業(yè),既促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展又符合國(guó)家推進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化、解決三農(nóng)問(wèn)題的方針,可以說(shuō)是一種回歸生態(tài)、開拓視野、愉悅生活的健康休閑方式。本文列為調(diào)研對(duì)象的中牟縣發(fā)展休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)具有得天獨(dú)厚的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)和地理區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),然而現(xiàn)在中牟縣的休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)整體水平不高,面臨著一些諸如附加值低、盈利難、商家惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、政府政策稍顯滯后等問(wèn)題。所以,為了能夠提高中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,從而能促進(jìn)中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,所以說(shuō)想要全面提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力便需要首先對(duì)中牟縣的休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行全面綜合客觀的評(píng)價(jià)。本文采用了綜合定性分析跟綜合定量分析結(jié)合的手段,從宏觀的視角下和微觀分析相組合的分析方法對(duì)中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,本文的主要核心包括國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的解析、休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)理論的陳述、中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查了解、休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)方法及指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建、中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)和分析、研究結(jié)論與對(duì)策建議等六大部分。通過(guò)研究得出如下結(jié)論:中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)在處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)育的初級(jí)階段,在現(xiàn)有的資源條件下,現(xiàn)階段影響中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主要因素有外部環(huán)境(政府政策、交通便捷度等)、內(nèi)部人員素質(zhì)(文化素養(yǎng)、服務(wù)水平等)、有形資源(自然風(fēng)光、餐飲住宿硬件)和無(wú)形資源(歷史文化和民俗等)。本文研究的宗旨和最終目的是為了能夠提升中牟縣休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,對(duì)策建議則包含有如何優(yōu)化休閑觀光農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)大環(huán)境、規(guī)范化產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、深化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條、提高從業(yè)人員素養(yǎng)及優(yōu)化框架結(jié)構(gòu)等。
[Abstract]:Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is an eco-tourism activity that closely links leisure tourism with agriculture. It provides urban residents with a place for sightseeing tourism, cultural learning, agricultural experience, rest and fitness, economic interaction between urban and rural areas, and information communication. Material communication builds bridges and passages. Leisure and sightseeing agriculture can be regarded as a new type of eco-tourism, which not only promotes the development of modern agriculture, but also conforms to the national policy of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, and solves the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers. It can be said that it is a return to ecology and broadens the field of vision. A healthy and casual way to enjoy your life. The development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Zhongmou County, which is listed as the object of investigation, has its unique advantages of resources and geographical location. However, the overall level of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Zhongmu County is not high, and it faces some difficulties such as low added value and difficulty in making profits. Business malignant competition, government policy slightly lagging behind and other issues. Therefore, in order to improve the competitiveness of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Zhongmou County and thus promote the sustainable and healthy development of leisure tourism agriculture in Zhongmou County, Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the competitiveness of Zhongmu County's leisure and sightseeing agricultural park comprehensively and objectively. In this paper, the comprehensive qualitative analysis and the comprehensive quantitative analysis are used to study the competition and development of Zhongmu County leisure and sightseeing agricultural park from the perspective of macro and micro analysis. The main core of this paper includes the analysis of the domestic and foreign research situation, the statement of the theory of leisure and sightseeing agriculture, the investigation and understanding of the present situation of the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park in Zhongmu County, the evaluation method of the competitiveness index and the construction of the index system of the leisure and sightseeing agricultural park. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of competitive ability, research conclusions and countermeasures of Zhongmu leisure and sightseeing agricultural park. The conclusion is as follows: the leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Zhongmou County is now in the primary stage of the development of the industrial chain, under the existing resource conditions, At this stage, the main factors that affect the competitiveness of Zhongmu County leisure and sightseeing agricultural park are external environment (government policy, transportation convenience, etc.), internal personnel quality (cultural literacy, service level, etc.), tangible resources (natural scenery, etc.), Catering accommodation hardware) and intangible resources (history, culture and folklore, etc.). The purpose and ultimate purpose of this paper is to promote the regional competitiveness of Zhongmu County leisure and sightseeing agricultural park. The countermeasures and suggestions include how to optimize the environment of leisure and sightseeing agriculture industry, standardize the industrial management, and deepen the industrial chain. Improve the quality of practitioners and optimize the structure of the framework.
