【摘要】：借鑒風(fēng)險理論,分析征地沖突風(fēng)險因素、征地沖突后果;結(jié)合實踐及以往研究成果提出假設(shè),構(gòu)建征地沖突風(fēng)險作用路徑模型,對征地沖突風(fēng)險因素、征地沖突后果的作用路徑進行實證分析,探尋征地沖突風(fēng)險因素之間、征地沖突風(fēng)險因素與征地沖突后果之間的作用路徑。研究表明,征地程序、征地補償分配、征地矛盾調(diào)解三大沖突風(fēng)險因素對征地沖突后果產(chǎn)生直接影響,影響程度分別為0.283、0.447、0.073。征地監(jiān)督?jīng)_突風(fēng)險因素、征地矛盾調(diào)解沖突風(fēng)險因素對征地沖突后果產(chǎn)生間接影響,影響程度分別為0.340、0.324。提出從征地補償分配模式、征地監(jiān)督機制、征地矛盾調(diào)解機制、征地補償程序規(guī)范等方面制定征地沖突風(fēng)險控制策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the risk theory, the paper analyzes the risk factors of land expropriation conflict and the consequences of land expropriation conflict. Combining with the practice and previous research results, this paper puts forward the hypothesis, constructs the land expropriation conflict risk role path model, carries on the empirical analysis to the land expropriation conflict risk factor, the land expropriation conflict consequence action path, explores the land expropriation conflict risk factor between the land expropriation conflict risk factors. The path between the risk factors of land expropriation conflict and the consequences of land expropriation conflict. The research shows that the three major conflict risk factors, such as land expropriation procedure, land requisition compensation distribution and land expropriation conflict mediation, have direct influence on the conflict consequences of land expropriation, and the influence degree is 0.283 / 0.447/ 0.073 respectively. Land expropriation supervises the conflict risk factors, the conflict risk factors of land expropriation conflict mediation have an indirect impact on the consequences of land expropriation conflict, the degree of influence is 0.340 / 0.324. The paper puts forward the control strategy of land expropriation conflict risk from the aspects of land expropriation compensation distribution mode, land expropriation supervision mechanism, land expropriation conflict mediation mechanism, land requisition compensation procedure standard and so on.
