【摘要】：發(fā)展林下經(jīng)濟(jì)是構(gòu)建多功能森林經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的重要方面,兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和森林保護(hù),實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)可持續(xù)。近年來,林下經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式在廣西也得到了飛速的發(fā)展,廣大林業(yè)工作者也不斷的探索林下經(jīng)濟(jì)的高效經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的搭配,但在產(chǎn)品的供求關(guān)系的分析方式上未見報(bào)道。本文通過以廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)的供求研究,并對(duì)廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)展開SWOT分析,總結(jié)出廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方案,為廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論科學(xué)依據(jù)。結(jié)果如下:(1)在對(duì)2005年-2014年廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)分析中。廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)供給總量不斷增加,但市場(chǎng)需求量也持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),廣西地區(qū)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)供需缺口逐漸變大。隨著廣西地區(qū)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)供需于2012年處于平衡狀態(tài),但供需平衡未能長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保持,2011-2014年林下經(jīng)濟(jì)供需差異值不斷存在。(2)在廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素的重要性與現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)過程中,總結(jié)了廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略選擇的順序依次為WO戰(zhàn)略,SO戰(zhàn)略,WT戰(zhàn)略和ST戰(zhàn)略。并分析得出廣西地區(qū)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)主要采取WO戰(zhàn)略模式進(jìn)行發(fā)展,從而達(dá)到體系的完善和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,且確定廣西地區(qū)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體戰(zhàn)略。同時(shí),本文對(duì)廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)WO調(diào)整型戰(zhàn)略選擇展開了可持續(xù)研究,對(duì)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)試驗(yàn)潛力,體系建設(shè),文化氛圍,發(fā)展方向展開了論述,并制定出生態(tài)林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略,建設(shè)知名品牌提升林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)品附加值戰(zhàn)略,同時(shí)需要積極開發(fā)多元化的林下經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)品,加快林下經(jīng)濟(jì)經(jīng)營(yíng)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變,充分挖掘國(guó)際市場(chǎng)潛力,為廣西林下經(jīng)濟(jì)研究提出了科學(xué)有效的建議與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The development of understory economy is an important aspect in the construction of multifunctional forest management model, which takes into account economic benefits and forest protection to realize ecological sustainability. In recent years, the economic management model of undergrowth has also developed rapidly in Guangxi, and forestry workers have been constantly exploring the match of efficient economic model under forest economy, but there is no report on the analysis of the relationship between supply and demand of products. In this paper, the supply and demand of Guangxi understory economic industry is studied, and the SWOT analysis of Guangxi understory economy is carried out, and the strategic development plan of Guangxi understory economy is summarized. To provide a theoretical and scientific basis for the sustainable economic development under the forest in Guangxi. The results are as follows: (1) in the analysis of the understory economic industry of Guangxi from 2005 to 2014. The total supply of undergrowth economy in Guangxi is increasing, but the market demand is also increasing, and the gap between supply and demand of understory economy in Guangxi is gradually increasing. With the supply and demand of understory economy in Guangxi in balance in 2012, but the balance of supply and demand has not been maintained for a long time, The difference between supply and demand of understory economy in 2011-2014 is constantly existing. (2) in the process of evaluating the importance and present situation of the internal and external environmental factors of the understory economic development in Guangxi, the order of economic strategy selection under the forest in Guangxi is WO strategy and SO strategy, respectively. WT strategy and ST strategy. It is concluded that the development of understory economic industry in Guangxi should mainly adopt the WO strategic mode to achieve the perfection and sustainable development of the system, and to determine the specific strategy for the development of understory economy in Guangxi. At the same time, this paper carried out a sustainable study on the strategic choice of WO adjustment under forest economy in Guangxi, discussed the potential of economic experiment, system construction, cultural atmosphere and development direction under the forest, and worked out the strategy of economic industry construction under ecological forest. To build a well-known brand to enhance the added value strategy of economic products under forest, at the same time, we need to actively develop diversified economic products under forest, accelerate the transformation of economic management mode under forest, and fully tap the potential of international market. The scientific and effective suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the economic research under forest in Guangxi.
