【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和城市化速度的加快,大量農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)到城市就業(yè)。父母勞動(dòng)力流動(dòng)對(duì)農(nóng)村兒童義務(wù)教育的影響成為一個(gè)具有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的課題,也引起了政府和學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。本文利用北京大學(xué)中國(guó)家庭動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),使用多元回歸的方法,就父母外出務(wù)工對(duì)處于義務(wù)教育階段的子女教育質(zhì)量的影響展開(kāi)了經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,父親從事非農(nóng)業(yè)工作會(huì)對(duì)子女的義務(wù)教育有正的影響,而母親外出就業(yè)的影響并不顯著,基于此,筆者提出了有針對(duì)性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's rural economy and the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of rural labor flows to urban employment. The influence of parents' labor force mobility on rural children's compulsory education has become a theoretical and practical issue, which has also aroused widespread concern of the government and academia. Based on the data of Chinese family dynamic tracking investigation in Peking University and the method of multiple regression, this paper makes an empirical study on the influence of parents' migrant workers on the education quality of children in compulsory education stage. The results show that the father engaged in non-agricultural work will have a positive impact on the compulsory education of children, but the impact of the mother going out to work is not significant. Based on this, the author puts forward some targeted policy suggestions.
