楊凌農(nóng)產(chǎn)品安全溯源體系的實(shí)踐與應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:The problem of quality and safety of agricultural products is a universal problem in the world now, and our country is not listed out, which is directly related to the health of consumers, social stability and human reproduction. Food safety has been regarded as a key issue of government departments and academic circles in China. Based on the reality of production, in view of the important subject of food safety, especially the safety of agricultural products, which needs to be urgently studied and solved at home and abroad, we are consulting the literature, analyzing and demonstrating the current situation of food safety at home and abroad, as well as the problem of agricultural product safety. On the basis of the development situation and related research work, the mechanism and importance of traceability system of agricultural product production, processing and circulation information tracking from the origin to the dining table for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products are analyzed and discussed. For the mobilization of professional farmers, agricultural enterprises, farmers' professional cooperatives to participate in the enthusiasm. Taking Yang Ling agricultural Silicon Valley as the object, the paper analyzes the framework of the system of traceability of agricultural products' quality, including the practice and application of the traceability system, and so on. Based on the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of agricultural enterprises joining traceability system, the construction and operation of traceability system of agricultural products are analyzed based on the quality testing data of agricultural products that have been involved and accumulated in recent years. To leverage the endogenous vitality of modern agriculture, to ensure the important role of agricultural products in all aspects of safe production, processing and management, and to maintain the effective protection role of legitimate agricultural production enterprises and agricultural products circulation enterprises, At the same time to promote the related enterprises to improve technology and material input, the development of safe agricultural production enthusiasm. The conclusions are as follows. 1. In this paper, the basic structure of Yang Ling's traceability system of agricultural products is comprehensively analyzed and discussed, which includes four core modules of agricultural products: base certification, standardized production, product detection and traceability marking. This paper discusses the basic work tasks, working procedures and related laws, scientific basis, etc., and defines the scope of relevant material input to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products. 2. This paper compares and analyses the recognition and participation of Yang Ling agricultural products production and processing enterprises in the traceability system of Yang Ling safe agricultural products in recent years. Participation in enterprises (cooperatives) has reached 53, 977 farmers, covering agricultural production area of 9135.18 mu. Yang Ling's traceability system of agricultural products plays an important role in promoting the spontaneous production of agricultural products in different regions. Yangling area spontaneously formed a large area with distinct crop planting characteristics, conducive to mutual learning, standardized cultivation, etc. Based on the detection data of pesticide residues in agricultural products, it is concluded that the construction and operation of traceability system of agricultural products ensure the safety of agricultural products quality. After four months of continuous monitoring of 25 agricultural products, it was concluded that the enzyme activity index was less than 30 per cent (the national standard was less than 50 per cent). Yang Ling's traceability system of agricultural products has played an extremely important role in maintaining the quality and safety of agricultural products. 4. It is pointed out that in the process of implementing the traceability system of agricultural products, in addition to the strict supervision of enterprises, farmers and dealers, effective scientific and technological services, such as the production of composting tea, must be carried out. Substitute chemical fertilizer and growth hormone, help enterprises to achieve safe production of agricultural products.
