【摘要】：重慶市直轄以來,經(jīng)濟得到了飛速發(fā)展,人民生活水平顯著提高。然而由于重慶市特有的多中心、組團式城市結構,使其出現(xiàn)大城市與大農(nóng)村結合的城市特點,農(nóng)村人口幾乎占了總人口的一半。因此縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,提高貧困地區(qū)農(nóng)民的收入水平,是實現(xiàn)重慶市城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌改革目標的重要舉措。社會資本作為一個跨學科領域的概念,被用來分析日益復雜的社會經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)象,在農(nóng)民增收問題上更是成為一個新視角,不少學者也發(fā)現(xiàn)社會資本對農(nóng)民增收有著積極的促進作用。因此本文基于“西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村社會資本與收入調(diào)查”問卷中,關于重慶市農(nóng)村社會資本的相關數(shù)據(jù),以農(nóng)民家庭社會資本和村莊社會資本為對象,嘗試從網(wǎng)絡、互惠、信任、參與、培育和規(guī)范六個方面來衡量農(nóng)村社會資本。首先,運用主成份分析法,分析被調(diào)查地區(qū)農(nóng)村社會資本的特點;其次,運用多元線性回歸分析法,研究社會資本對農(nóng)民工資性收入、家庭經(jīng)營收入、財產(chǎn)性收入和轉移性收入的影響,并進一步分析社會資本及各指標的影響因素,從而提出農(nóng)民增收的對策建議。結果表明,被調(diào)查地區(qū)農(nóng)村社會資本還處于較低水平。實證分析證明,社會資本對農(nóng)民家庭各類收入均有顯著影響;社會資本的培育程度、網(wǎng)絡規(guī)模、網(wǎng)頂和規(guī)范程度指標在社會資本中所占的權重較大,其影響因素主要有受教育程度、家庭是否有人擔任干部、在外務工人數(shù)和民族等�；谝陨辖Y果,最后提出農(nóng)民要重視教育,轉變思想觀念,積極培育其家庭社會資本。同時,政府也要積極發(fā)揮引導作用,通過增加教育和農(nóng)村基礎設施建設投入、招商引資、發(fā)展本土經(jīng)濟和農(nóng)村金融等措施,給農(nóng)民創(chuàng)造更多的增收機會。
[Abstract]:Since Chongqing municipality directly under the jurisdiction, the economy has obtained the rapid development, the people's living standard has improved remarkably. However, because of Chongqing's unique multi-center and group-type urban structure, it has the urban characteristics of combining big cities with large rural areas, and the rural population accounts for almost half of the total population. Therefore, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas and raising the income level of farmers in poor areas is an important measure to realize the goal of overall urban-rural reform in Chongqing. As an interdisciplinary concept, social capital is used to analyze the increasingly complex social and economic phenomena, and it has become a new perspective on the issue of increasing farmers' income. Many scholars also found that social capital to increase farmers' income has a positive role. Therefore, based on the questionnaire of rural social capital and income in the western region, this paper takes the social capital of farmers' families and the social capital of villages as the object, tries to use the network, reciprocity, trust, and so on, on the basis of the relevant data of the rural social capital of Chongqing, taking the social capital of peasant family and village as the object. Participate, cultivate and standardize six aspects to measure rural social capital. Firstly, the principal component analysis is used to analyze the characteristics of rural social capital in the investigated areas. Secondly, using multiple linear regression analysis, this paper studies the influence of social capital on peasants' wage income, household management income, property income and transfer income, and further analyzes the influencing factors of social capital and various indicators. Therefore, the countermeasures and suggestions of increasing farmers' income are put forward. The results show that the rural social capital of the investigated area is still in a low level. Empirical analysis shows that social capital has a significant impact on all kinds of income of peasant families; The degree of cultivation of social capital, the scale of network, the weight of net roof and norm degree index in social capital are large, the main influencing factors are education level, whether the family is a cadre or not, the number of migrant workers and the nationality, and so on. Based on the above results, it is suggested that farmers should attach importance to education, change their ideas and actively cultivate their family social capital. At the same time, the government should actively play a leading role in creating more income opportunities for farmers by increasing investment in education and rural infrastructure construction, attracting investment, and developing local economy and rural finance.
