【摘要】：食物消費(fèi)作為我們最基本的消費(fèi)行為,直接影響人們對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)的吸收,而食物消費(fèi)水平的高低與營(yíng)養(yǎng)健康狀況則是反映一個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和生活質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。貴州地處我國(guó)西部,農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展落后,受自然因素影響較大,農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)和營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況有一定的局限性和特殊性,因此,有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)的系統(tǒng)研究。論文首先描述分析了中國(guó)居民食物與營(yíng)養(yǎng)發(fā)展綱要的要求和意義所在。立足于現(xiàn)實(shí)數(shù)據(jù),分別從恩格爾系數(shù)、食物消費(fèi)支出、食物消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況幾個(gè)方面回顧了貴州省農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況的發(fā)展情況�？梢园l(fā)現(xiàn),貴州省農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況還不合理。主要表現(xiàn)為:消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,消費(fèi)層次偏低,城鄉(xiāng)差距大和營(yíng)養(yǎng)來(lái)源比較單一,以植物性食物消費(fèi)為主,能量、蛋白質(zhì)的攝入量還達(dá)不到營(yíng)養(yǎng)攝入目標(biāo)等方面。造成貴州省農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)不合理的因素是多方面的,論文主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)因素、政策因素、社會(huì)因素和其他因素等四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。借助Stata軟件建立回歸模型,用最小二乘法(OLS)進(jìn)行回歸,對(duì)影響因素中的收入因子進(jìn)行分析。另外,借助于Eviews軟件建立時(shí)序回歸模型,對(duì)未來(lái)的膳食消費(fèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。針對(duì)于貴州省農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)與營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因,總結(jié)研究結(jié)論,從營(yíng)養(yǎng)改善對(duì)人自身的發(fā)展、經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)步和社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的影響出發(fā),為改善農(nóng)村居民膳食消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀和營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況提出可靠的政策建議,為國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)提供人力資源保障。
[Abstract]:Food consumption, as our most basic consumption behavior, directly affects people's absorption of nutrition, and the level of food consumption and nutritional health is an important indicator of a country's economic level and quality of life. Guizhou is located in the west of our country, the agricultural development is backward, the influence of natural factors is great, the rural residents' dietary consumption and nutritional status have certain limitations and particularities, so it is necessary to carry on the special systematic research to it. The paper first describes and analyzes the requirements and significance of the food and nutrition development program of Chinese residents. Based on the actual data, the development of dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou Province was reviewed from Engel's coefficient, food consumption expenditure, food consumption structure and nutritional status. It can be found that the dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou Province are not reasonable. The main manifestations are: unreasonable consumption structure, low consumption level, large gap between urban and rural areas, relatively single source of nutrition, mainly plant food consumption, energy, protein intake and so on. There are many factors that cause unreasonable dietary consumption and nutrition of rural residents in Guizhou Province. This paper mainly analyzes four aspects: economic factors, policy factors, social factors and other factors. With the help of Stata software, the regression model is established, and the least square (OLS) is used to analyze the income factors. In addition, the time series regression model was established with the help of Eviews software to predict the development trend of dietary consumption and nutrition in the future. In view of the causes of the problems in the dietary consumption and nutritional status of rural residents in Guizhou province, the conclusion of the research is summarized, which is based on the impact of nutrition improvement on the development of human beings, economic progress and social sustainable development. In order to improve the status of dietary consumption and nutrition of rural residents, the paper puts forward reliable policy suggestions, and provides human resources guarantee for the national economic development and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way.
