【摘要】：農業(yè)是中國國民經濟發(fā)展的前提基礎,在中國的經濟發(fā)展過程中有著舉足輕重的地位。伴隨著市場經濟體制的逐漸完善,社會各界均已充分認識到農產品流通產業(yè)的先導地位已在國民經濟中日漸突出。所以想要農村經濟好又快地發(fā)展,有效推動農村和農業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程高效發(fā)展,必須解決小生產與大市場間的矛盾,才能進一步處理好農業(yè)生產與農產品流通的關系。農產品流通體系建設作為中國農業(yè)發(fā)展的重要組成部分,不僅是妥善解決“三農”問題的核心方案,同時也是構建美好新農村的必然要求。建設快捷、高效、健全的農產品流通體系不僅能惠及全體人民的利益,也能帶動和促進其他產業(yè)的發(fā)展。吉林省作為中國的農業(yè)大省之一,雖然在農產品流通體系建設工作上初見成果,但是目前仍存在著諸多問題,且這些問題都在某種程度上或多或少的影響和阻礙了吉林省農產品流通體系的發(fā)展建設�？傮w來說目前吉林省農產品流通體系的發(fā)展水平仍處于農產品流通發(fā)展的初級階段�；谝陨蠁栴}本論文在明確了農產品流通體系的理論基礎上,搜集整理了大量相關資料,結合吉林省統(tǒng)計年鑒、國務院、財政廳等部門的相關數據及文件資料,參照外國先進的農產品流通模式,對吉林省農產品流通體系現(xiàn)存的問題進行了分析,并進行了相關的對策研究。具體來說本論文共分四部分:第一部分是緒論,對本論文的研究背景、研究目的與意義、文獻綜述、農產品流通相關定義及研究方法等內容進行了闡述;第二部分為第二、三章,對吉林省農產品流通體系的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及主要存在的問題進行了分析;第三部分介紹國外的先進經驗,為更好的給吉林省農產品流通體系建設提供借鑒,分別總結介紹了日本、法國、美國、德國這些發(fā)達國家在農產品流通體系上的先進經驗;第四部分結合國際發(fā)達國家的先進經驗和吉林省農產品流通體系現(xiàn)狀進行綜合分析,總結出能夠加強吉林省農產品流通體系建設的對策。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the prerequisite for the development of China's national economy and plays an important role in China's economic development. With the gradual improvement of the market economy system, all walks of life have fully realized that the leading position of agricultural products circulation industry has become increasingly prominent in the national economy. Therefore, in order to develop rural economy well and quickly, and to effectively promote the development of rural and agricultural modernization, we must solve the contradiction between small-scale production and large market, so as to further deal with the relationship between agricultural production and circulation of agricultural products. As an important part of China's agricultural development, the construction of circulation system of agricultural products is not only the core scheme to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", but also the inevitable requirement of constructing a beautiful new countryside. The construction of a fast, efficient and sound agricultural product circulation system can not only benefit the interests of all people, but also promote and promote the development of other industries. Jilin Province is one of the major agricultural provinces in China. Although it has made initial achievements in the construction of agricultural products circulation system, there are still many problems at present. To some extent, these problems affect and hinder the development and construction of agricultural products circulation system in Jilin Province. Generally speaking, the development level of agricultural product circulation system in Jilin Province is still in the primary stage of agricultural product circulation development. Based on the above problems, this paper, on the basis of defining the theory of agricultural product circulation system, collects and collates a large number of relevant data, combined with the Jilin Province Statistical Yearbook, the relevant data and documents of the State Council, the Department of Finance, and other departments. Referring to the advanced agricultural products circulation mode in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the existing problems of agricultural products circulation system in Jilin Province, and studies the relevant countermeasures. Specifically, this paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, the research background, research purpose and significance, literature review, agricultural product circulation related definitions and research methods are elaborated; The second part is the second chapter, three chapters, to Jilin Province agricultural product circulation system development present situation and the main existence question has carried on the analysis; The third part introduces the advanced experience of foreign countries, for better agricultural products circulation system construction in Jilin Province to provide reference, respectively summarized the introduction of Japan, France, the United States, Germany and other developed countries in the agricultural product circulation system advanced experience; The fourth part combines the advanced experience of international developed countries and the current situation of agricultural products circulation system in Jilin Province to carry on the comprehensive analysis, summarizes the countermeasure which can strengthen Jilin Province agricultural product circulation system construction.
