【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷快速深入發(fā)展,各國(guó)的生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易發(fā)生了前所未有的變化,主要表現(xiàn)為世界生產(chǎn)價(jià)值鏈創(chuàng)造體系的不斷升級(jí)變化,面對(duì)不斷升級(jí)的商業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造體系,為了更好的理解這種不斷演化的國(guó)際分工協(xié)作,新的研究理論框架應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,即價(jià)值鏈理論和"鉆石模型"理論�，q春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)通過(guò)三年時(shí)間,發(fā)展的比較成功,鑒于此,本研究基于價(jià)值鏈理論和"鉆石模型"理論分析琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展情況,旨在為其集群化發(fā)展提供管理對(duì)策建議。本研究首先對(duì)國(guó)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群和延邊地區(qū)企業(yè)集群發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,并進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述;進(jìn)而對(duì)企業(yè)集群的概念進(jìn)行了界定,闡述了波特的價(jià)值鏈理論和"鉆石模型"理論;其次對(duì)琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析介紹,主要包括水產(chǎn)加工園區(qū)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、園區(qū)內(nèi)的重點(diǎn)企業(yè)介紹、近三年的相關(guān)發(fā)展數(shù)據(jù)分析;然后重點(diǎn)用波特的價(jià)值鏈理論和"鉆石模型"理論對(duì)琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)的形成和發(fā)展以及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面進(jìn)行了案例分析,分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)之所以發(fā)展的比較成功取決于自身所處的獨(dú)特位置和周邊所具備的水產(chǎn)資源優(yōu)勢(shì);同時(shí),該園區(qū)的發(fā)展也存在一些問(wèn)題:園區(qū)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品基本上處于初級(jí)生產(chǎn)加工環(huán)節(jié),因此產(chǎn)品處于價(jià)值鏈的低端環(huán)節(jié),缺乏高附加值技術(shù)產(chǎn)品;園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)數(shù)量少,有一定規(guī)模的企業(yè)主要是通過(guò)招商引資進(jìn)來(lái)的,本地的企業(yè)數(shù)量較少;園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)單兵作戰(zhàn),只有配套企業(yè)與生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)有一定的供應(yīng)合作關(guān)系,而同類(lèi)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)間合作甚少;園區(qū)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)的水產(chǎn)品品牌效應(yīng)低,往往需要借助外部區(qū)域成熟的品牌進(jìn)行銷(xiāo)售;園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力薄弱,集群效應(yīng)低;人才力量匱乏;現(xiàn)有的通道通而不暢、通關(guān)效率低等;因此,本研究認(rèn)為琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)處于企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展的雛形階段,距離走向成熟的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群尚有一定距離,并對(duì)其集群化發(fā)展提出了對(duì)策建議。本研究以波特的價(jià)值鏈理論和"鉆石模型"理論對(duì)琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行研究分析,目的是通過(guò)理論分析判斷其形成和發(fā)展的原因及所處發(fā)展階段和存在的問(wèn)題,并提出發(fā)展對(duì)策建議,這無(wú)疑對(duì)于琿春市水產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)園區(qū)更好地走向集群化發(fā)展有著重要的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of world economic globalization, the production and trade of various countries have undergone unprecedented changes, mainly manifested in the continuous upgrading of the world production value chain creation system. In order to better understand the evolving international division of labor and cooperation, a new theoretical framework, value chain theory and diamond model theory, emerges as the times require in the face of the continuously upgraded commercial value creation system. Hunchun Fishery processing Enterprise Park has been developed successfully in three years. In view of this, this paper analyzes the development of Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park based on the theory of value chain and "Diamond Model". The aim is to provide management countermeasures for its cluster development. This research firstly reviews the development of foreign industrial clusters and Yanbian enterprise clusters, then defines the concept of enterprise cluster, and expounds Porter's value chain theory and diamond model theory. Secondly, the paper analyzes and introduces the present situation of Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park, mainly including the development plan of aquatic processing park, the key enterprises in the park, and the related development data analysis in the past three years. Then using Porter's value chain theory and "diamond model" theory, the paper analyzes the formation, development and competitiveness of Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park. The results show that the success of Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park depends on its unique position and the advantages of aquatic resources around it. At the same time, there are some problems in the development of the park: the products produced in the park are basically in the primary production and processing link, so the products are in the low end of the value chain and lack of high value-added technology products; The number of enterprises in the park is small, and the number of local enterprises is relatively small. The enterprises in the park fight alone, only supporting enterprises and production and processing enterprises have a certain relationship of supply and cooperation, but the cooperation between similar production enterprises is very little; The brand effect of aquatic products produced in the park is low, which often needs to be sold with the help of mature brands in external regions; the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the park is weak, and the cluster effect is low; The existing channels are not smooth, and the efficiency of customs clearance is low; Therefore, this study holds that Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park is in the embryonic stage of enterprise cluster development, and there is still a certain distance from the mature industrial cluster, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park. This study uses Porter's value chain theory and "Diamond Model" theory to study and analyze the Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park. The purpose of this study is to determine the reasons for its formation and development, the development stage and the existing problems through theoretical analysis. It is undoubtedly of great practical significance for Hunchun Aquatic processing Enterprise Park to move towards cluster development.
