【摘要】：共享發(fā)展理念是五大發(fā)展理念的核心和歸宿。精準扶貧是共享發(fā)展理念在當代中國農(nóng)村社會的有效落實路徑�？萍季哂兄卮蟮木珳史鲐毠δ�,但當前我國科技精準扶貧方面仍存在諸多問題,這些問題集中體現(xiàn)在各個扶貧主體不能高效協(xié)同發(fā)揮作用上,這就需要我們加快構(gòu)建科技精準扶貧協(xié)同機制。構(gòu)建科技精準扶貧協(xié)同機制,必須堅持以政府為主導、以農(nóng)民為主體、以農(nóng)村新型合作組織為依托,多元參與,協(xié)同一致發(fā)揮作用。這是當前落實共享發(fā)展理念、實現(xiàn)科技精準扶貧的理性選擇。
[Abstract]:The concept of shared development is the core and destination of the five development concepts. Precision poverty alleviation is the effective way to implement the shared development concept in contemporary Chinese rural society. Science and technology have the important function of precision poverty alleviation, but there are still many problems in our country's science and technology precision poverty alleviation at present. These problems are mainly reflected in the inability of various poverty alleviation subjects to play a coordinated and efficient role. This requires us to speed up the construction of scientific and technological precision poverty reduction coordination mechanism. In order to construct the cooperative mechanism of scientific and technological precision poverty alleviation, we must insist on taking the government as the leading factor, the farmers as the main body, the new rural cooperative organizations as the support, participate in various ways and play a concerted role. This is the current implementation of shared development concept, the realization of scientific and technological precision poverty reduction rational choice.
