【摘要】：利用甘肅、陜西、山東、河南四省1 079份蘋(píng)果種植戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,回答農(nóng)戶在生產(chǎn)中是否關(guān)心農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題并實(shí)證分析影響農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)藥殘留關(guān)心程度的主要因素。結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)藥殘留基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)知與食品安全的關(guān)心程度存在差異,實(shí)證分析戶主教育程度、戶主農(nóng)藥安全了解水平及病蟲(chóng)害了解程度、政府對(duì)農(nóng)藥安全的宣傳及農(nóng)藥殘留的監(jiān)督檢測(cè)、加入合作社等正向顯著影響農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)藥殘留問(wèn)題的關(guān)心程度,而蘋(píng)果收入占家庭收入比重、按說(shuō)明書(shū)配藥、有過(guò)村委會(huì)干部、黨員及合作社干部等身份特征、使用生物物理防治辦法的補(bǔ)貼政策負(fù)向顯著影響農(nóng)戶對(duì)農(nóng)藥殘留的關(guān)心程度。分析認(rèn)為,不完善的市場(chǎng)體系及小規(guī)模種植的分散農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)具有的盲目性和趨同性,是造成農(nóng)戶生產(chǎn)中農(nóng)藥殘留基礎(chǔ)認(rèn)知與食品安全關(guān)心程度存在偏差的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Using 1 079 apple growers from four provinces of Gansu, Shaanxi, Shandong and Henan as samples, this paper answers whether farmers care about pesticide residues in production and analyzes the main factors that affect farmers' concern about pesticide residues. The results showed that there were differences in the basic cognition of pesticide residues and the degree of concern for food safety among the farmers. The education level of the head of household, the level of understanding of pesticide safety and the level of understanding of diseases and insect pests were analyzed empirically. The government's propaganda on pesticide safety, supervision and detection of pesticide residues, joining cooperatives, and so on, positively and significantly affect farmers' concern about pesticide residues. Apple income accounts for the proportion of household income, prescribing drugs according to instructions, and there are village committee cadres. The status of Party members and cooperative cadres, and the subsidy policy of biophysical prevention and control methods negatively affected the farmers' concern for pesticide residues. It is concluded that the imperfection of market system and the blindness and convergence of scattered farmer production under small scale planting are the main reasons for the deviation between the basic cognition of pesticide residue and the food safety concern in the production of farmers.
