【摘要】：農業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新是農業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵動力。通過對比中美農業(yè)科研管理體制發(fā)現,兩國在農業(yè)科研管理體系、農業(yè)科研投入、農業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新管理政策等方面存在較大的差異。在此基礎上,本文借鑒美國農業(yè)科研管理的發(fā)展經驗,提出了完善中國農業(yè)科研管理體制的政策和建議。
[Abstract]:The innovation of agricultural science and technology is the key power of sustainable development of agriculture. By comparing the management system of agricultural scientific research between China and the United States, it is found that there are great differences between the two countries in the management system of agricultural scientific research, the input of agricultural scientific research, the management policy of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and so on. On this basis, this paper draws lessons from the development experience of American agricultural scientific research management, and puts forward some policies and suggestions to perfect the agricultural scientific research management system in China.
