經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長區(qū)建筑用地變化及其對(duì)生態(tài)質(zhì)量的影響——以福建晉江為例

【摘要】:改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長促進(jìn)了建筑用地的快速增加,并在很大程度上影響著區(qū)域生態(tài)質(zhì)量.本文以東南沿海經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長的福建省晉江市為例,利用遙感技術(shù)重點(diǎn)研究經(jīng)濟(jì)快速增長導(dǎo)致的建筑用地變化及其對(duì)區(qū)域生態(tài)質(zhì)量的影響.基于晉江市1996和2015年的Landsat遙感影像,利用建筑用地指數(shù)(IBI)提取建筑用地信息,并進(jìn)行建筑用地變化分析;同時(shí)利用遙感生態(tài)指數(shù)(RSEI)對(duì)生態(tài)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),定量分析城鎮(zhèn)建筑用地變化與生態(tài)質(zhì)量變化之間的關(guān)系.結(jié)果表明:1996—2015年,晉江市建筑用地面積共增加68.54 km~2,增幅達(dá)45%,建筑用地?cái)U(kuò)展強(qiáng)度為0.55.建筑用地的增加導(dǎo)致該市生態(tài)質(zhì)量總體下降,RSEI均值從1996年的0.532下降到2015年的0.460,降幅達(dá)13.5%;生態(tài)優(yōu)良等級(jí)所占面積的比例從1996年的39%下降到2015年的21%.建筑用地?cái)U(kuò)展強(qiáng)度與生態(tài)質(zhì)量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系.
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic growth has promoted the rapid increase of construction land, and to a large extent has affected the regional ecological quality. Taking Jinjiang City, Fujian Province with rapid economic growth along the southeast coast as an example, this paper focuses on the use of remote sensing technology to study the changes of building land caused by rapid economic growth and its impact on regional ecological quality. Based on the Landsat remote sensing images of Jinjiang City in 1996 and 2015, the information of construction land was extracted by (IBI), and the change of construction land was analyzed, and the ecological quality was evaluated by remote sensing ecological index (RSEI). Quantitative analysis of the relationship between urban land use change and ecological quality change. The results show that the area of construction land in Jinjiang city increased by 68.54 km~2, from 1996 to 2015, and the intensity of construction land expansion was 0.55. The increase of construction land resulted in the overall decline of ecological quality in the city. The average value of RSEI decreased from 0.532 in 1996 to 0.460 in 2015, the decline was 13.5.The proportion of the area occupied by the grade of ecological excellence decreased from 39% in 1996 to 21th in 2015. There is a significant negative correlation between the expansion intensity of construction land and ecological quality.
