【摘要】：建筑業(yè)包工頭和農(nóng)民工之間存在"家長(zhǎng)式庇護(hù)"關(guān)系。家長(zhǎng)式庇護(hù)是一種基于先賦社會(huì)因素的庇護(hù)模式,其中具有情感維度和責(zé)任維度。這種庇護(hù)行為形塑了建筑工地中勞動(dòng)控制與反抗的策略。在提供庇護(hù)的同時(shí),包工頭訴諸隱形的共識(shí)性契約,來(lái)獲得對(duì)工人的控制、管理的合法性,而農(nóng)民工依附于包工頭的狀態(tài)下爭(zhēng)奪利益、反抗剝奪時(shí)則依賴鄉(xiāng)土文化特質(zhì)的人情法則與原始關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)。包工頭對(duì)農(nóng)民工的庇護(hù)是一種維持工地勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量的有效手段,而農(nóng)民工對(duì)包工頭的依附,則主要是基于生存理性的考量。
[Abstract]:There is a paternalistic sheltering relationship between construction contractors and migrant workers. Paternalistic asylum is a kind of sheltered mode based on social factors, which has emotional dimension and responsibility dimension. This sheltered behavior shaped the strategy of labor control and resistance in construction sites. While providing shelter, the contractor resorted to an invisible consensual contract to gain control over the worker and the legitimacy of management, while the migrant workers fought for benefits under the condition of being attached to the contractor. When resisting deprivation, it relies on the rules of human relations and primitive relationship network. The sheltering of migrant workers is an effective means to maintain the number of labor on the site, and the dependence of migrant workers on the contractor is mainly based on the consideration of survival reason.
