【摘要】：本文在大量收集相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過“從池塘到餐桌”的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論,以及對浙江省網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量安全保證體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,將理論研究與實際情況結(jié)合起來,全面的分析了目前水產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營體系存在的問題。以網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品為研究對象,提出如何解決信息不對稱問題并實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)質(zhì)優(yōu)價。在水產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營體系分析的基礎(chǔ)之上構(gòu)建了網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系研究。提出進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建浙江省網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系的對策和建議,為保證我國水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全奠定基礎(chǔ),對進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)漁業(yè)的健康發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。全文共分為五個部分,以提升我國浙江省網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全為核心,在已有的專家研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,廣泛查閱資料,探索解決問題的路徑。論文第一部分是緒論,該部分闡述了論文的研究背景和意義、核心概念、國內(nèi)外研究動態(tài)、研究內(nèi)容與思路框架、研究方法、研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足。第二部分是水產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營體系的結(jié)構(gòu)與環(huán)節(jié)分析。分析了水產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)營體系結(jié)構(gòu),通過對“池塘到餐桌”的整個水產(chǎn)品鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了可能引發(fā)水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全的影響因素。第三部分是網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系的系統(tǒng)分析。通過企業(yè)自身質(zhì)量安全保證體系、政府層面質(zhì)量安全保證體系、中間環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量安全保證體系三個方面進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系的系統(tǒng)分析。第四部分著重對我國浙江省現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述,對存在的問題及難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析。第五部分是對浙江省構(gòu)建網(wǎng)銷水產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全保證體系的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of collecting a large amount of relevant data, this paper analyzes the quality and safety assurance system of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province through the theory of industry chain from pond to table, and combines the theoretical research with the actual situation. Comprehensive analysis of the current aquatic products management system problems. Taking aquatic products sold on the net as the research object, this paper puts forward how to solve the problem of information asymmetry and realize the high quality and high price of aquatic products sold on the net. Based on the analysis of aquatic product management system, the quality and safety assurance system of net selling aquatic product is constructed. The countermeasures and suggestions for establishing the quality and safety assurance system of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province are put forward, which will lay a foundation for ensuring the quality and safety of aquatic products in China and contribute to the healthy development of fisheries. The whole paper is divided into five parts. The core of this paper is to improve the quality and safety of aquatic products in Zhejiang Province. Based on the existing expert research results, we can consult the data extensively and explore the way to solve the problem. The first part of the paper is the introduction, which describes the research background and significance, core concepts, research trends at home and abroad, research content and framework, research methods, research innovation and shortcomings. The second part is the structure and link analysis of aquatic products management system. This paper analyzes the management system structure of aquatic products, and summarizes the influencing factors that may lead to the quality and safety of aquatic products through the analysis of each link of the whole aquatic product chain from pond to table. The third part is the systematic analysis of the quality and safety assurance system of net selling aquatic products. Through the enterprise's own quality and safety assurance system, the government level quality and safety assurance system, the intermediate link quality safety assurance system has carried on the network sale aquatic product quality and safety assurance system systematic analysis. In the fourth part, the current situation of the quality and safety assurance system of aquatic products in Zhejiang province is summarized, and the problems and difficulties are analyzed. The fifth part is the suggestion and countermeasure of establishing the quality and safety assurance system of net selling aquatic products in Zhejiang province.
