【摘要】：近幾年,隨著社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo)逐步實(shí)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民幸福感得到提升。財(cái)政因其公共性特征在國家生存與發(fā)展中占據(jù)重要地位,在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)下,財(cái)政政策的制定與實(shí)施,應(yīng)當(dāng)促進(jìn)農(nóng)民增收,提升農(nóng)民精神文化水平,提高農(nóng)民生活質(zhì)量,讓農(nóng)民感到幸福。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the realization of the grand goal of socialist new rural construction, farmers' happiness has been improved. Finance plays an important role in the survival and development of the country because of its public characteristics. In the new economic form, the formulation and implementation of fiscal policies should promote the increase of farmers' income, enhance the peasants' spiritual and cultural level, and improve their quality of life. Make farmers happy.
