【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下城鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)雙重壓力進(jìn)一步加大,只有統(tǒng)籌兼顧城鎮(zhèn)就業(yè)擴(kuò)容、農(nóng)業(yè)就業(yè)再造和農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移,才能從根本上解決內(nèi)蒙古城鄉(xiāng)就業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾。因此必須加大傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)的改造和加快現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,充分激發(fā)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的潛在就業(yè)效應(yīng),促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)就業(yè)再造,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)全社會(huì)比較充分和高質(zhì)量就業(yè),為全面建成小康社會(huì)提供強(qiáng)大支撐。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal economy, the dual pressure of urban and rural employment is further increased. Only by taking into account the expansion of urban employment, the reconstruction of agricultural employment and the transfer of agricultural labor, can the structural contradiction of urban and rural employment in Inner Mongolia be fundamentally resolved. Therefore, we must increase the transformation of traditional agriculture and accelerate the development of modern agriculture, fully stimulate the potential employment effect of agricultural development, promote the reconstruction of agricultural employment, and then realize the full and high quality employment of the whole society. To build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide strong support.
