【摘要】：在“十三五”時期,國家明確提出生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護和農(nóng)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級是鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃的重點內(nèi)容。發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)民收入增加、農(nóng)業(yè)效益提高的中心,是提高農(nóng)業(yè)競爭力的關(guān)鍵。廣東不僅是人口大省還是農(nóng)業(yè)大省,經(jīng)濟實力雄厚,其特色農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展較早且豐富,為廣東發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文以廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)為研究對象,利用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、實地調(diào)研等方法對收集到的資料與數(shù)據(jù)進行提煉分析,歸納總結(jié)了廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的農(nóng)業(yè)資源狀況、產(chǎn)業(yè)及空間分布狀況和發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,構(gòu)建PEST模型對廣東特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境做了介紹,并運用層次分析法對其發(fā)展影響因素進行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的評價,在其基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,如特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃工作滯后,金融扶持力度不足,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品商品率低,科技創(chuàng)新能力低,品牌優(yōu)勢不明顯等。因此本文主要從加強政府宏觀調(diào)控;改進農(nóng)村金融服務(wù);提高科技創(chuàng)新能力;塑造世界知名品牌等方面提出建議。本文分為七個部分:第一部分是論文的研究背景與意義,國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,以及研究的方法、技術(shù)路線等。第二部分是特色農(nóng)業(yè)的涵義及理論基礎(chǔ),主要介紹了比較優(yōu)勢和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化以及產(chǎn)品差別化理論。第三部分分析了廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運用PEST分析法分析了廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的宏觀環(huán)境,并且運用層次分析法(AHP)分析了廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的影響要素,主要包括資源要素、基礎(chǔ)要素、競爭要素和支撐要素。第四部分是總結(jié)歸納了廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中的問題。第五部分是介紹了國內(nèi)外典型特色農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展及其經(jīng)驗啟示。第六部分根據(jù)實證分析的結(jié)果,針對存在的問題并借鑒國內(nèi)外其他地區(qū)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗,對廣東省特色農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)的對策建議。第七部分為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the state clearly proposed that the protection of ecological environment and the transformation and upgrading of agriculture are the key contents of rural planning. The development of characteristic agriculture is the center to increase farmers' income and improve agricultural efficiency, and the key to improve agricultural competitiveness. Guangdong is not only a large population province or a big agricultural province, but also has a strong economic strength, and its characteristic agricultural and sideline products developed earlier and more, which laid the foundation for Guangdong to develop characteristic agriculture. In this paper, the characteristic agriculture in Guangdong Province is taken as the research object, and the information and data collected are refined and analyzed by the methods of literature research, comparative research and field investigation, and the situation of agricultural resources for the development of characteristic agriculture in Guangdong Province is summarized. This paper introduces the macro-environment of Guangdong characteristic agriculture development by constructing the PEST model, and makes a scientific and systematic evaluation of the influencing factors of its development by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). On the basis of it, the problems existing in the development of characteristic agriculture are found, such as the lagging of the development planning of characteristic agriculture, the insufficient financial support, the low commodity rate of agricultural products, the low ability of scientific and technological innovation, the lack of obvious brand advantages, and so on. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening government macro-control, improving rural financial services, improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation, and shaping world-famous brands. This paper is divided into seven parts: the first part is the research background and significance of the paper, literature review at home and abroad, as well as the research methods, technical routes and so on. The second part is the meaning and theoretical basis of characteristic agriculture, mainly introduces comparative advantage, agricultural industrialization and product differentiation theory. The third part analyzes the present situation of Guangdong characteristic agriculture, analyzes the macro environment of Guangdong characteristic agriculture development by using PEST analysis method, and analyzes the influence factors in the development process of Guangdong characteristic agriculture by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). It mainly includes resource elements, basic elements, competitive elements and supporting elements. The fourth part summarizes the problems in the development of characteristic agriculture in Guangdong province. The fifth part introduces the development and experience of typical agriculture at home and abroad. In the sixth part, according to the results of empirical analysis, aiming at the existing problems and drawing on the experience of the development of characteristic agriculture in other regions at home and abroad, the author puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of characteristic agriculture in Guangdong Province. The seventh part is the conclusion.
