【摘要】：加快農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變是貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的根本要求,是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的必然選擇。基于嘉興市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的戰(zhàn)略背景,深入分析新時(shí)期現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的有利條件和主要制約因素問(wèn)題,提出了嘉興市加快農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的總體思路與對(duì)策建議,以期為其他地區(qū)提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and changing the mode of development is the fundamental requirement of carrying out the scientific concept of development and the inevitable choice of realizing agricultural modernization. Based on the present situation of Jiaxing's economic development and the strategic background of transformation and upgrading, this paper analyzes the favorable conditions and main restrictive factors of modern agricultural development in the new period. This paper puts forward the general ideas and suggestions of accelerating the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and the transformation of development mode in Jiaxing City in order to provide some experience for other regions.
