【摘要】：生態(tài)用地是保障我國(guó)國(guó)土生態(tài)安全格局、建設(shè)生態(tài)文明基礎(chǔ),是土地資源研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。其內(nèi)涵與分類界定是深化生態(tài)用地研究與實(shí)踐的前提,也是該研究領(lǐng)域的難點(diǎn)。根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究,挖掘生態(tài)用地的內(nèi)涵與分類特征�；诖�,重新闡釋了生態(tài)用地的內(nèi)涵,提出功能主導(dǎo)性、尺度依賴性、區(qū)域特殊性、等級(jí)性和可操作性等五大分類原則,構(gòu)建了面向管理實(shí)踐的多維度生態(tài)用地分類體系,即基礎(chǔ)性生態(tài)用地、保全性生態(tài)用地、生產(chǎn)性生態(tài)用地和生活性生態(tài)用地4大類、10個(gè)一級(jí)類和15個(gè)二級(jí)類。同時(shí)在分類體系中明確了各生態(tài)用地地類的適用尺度與范圍。多維度生態(tài)用地分類體系的構(gòu)建,將有利于國(guó)家和地方制定生態(tài)用地管理政策,便于深入生態(tài)用地及其生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)研究。
[Abstract]:Ecological land use is a hot issue in the field of land resources research, which is to guarantee the pattern of land ecological security and to build the foundation of ecological civilization. The definition of its connotation and classification is the premise of deepening the research and practice of ecological land use, and is also the difficulty in this field. According to the existing research at home and abroad, the connotation and classification characteristics of ecological land are excavated. Based on this, the connotation of ecological land is reinterpreted, and five major classification principles, such as function leading, scale dependence, regional particularity, rank and operability, are put forward, and a multi-dimensional classification system of ecological land for management practice is constructed. That is, basic ecological land, preservation ecological land, productive ecological land and living ecological land, 10 first class and 15 second class. At the same time, in the classification system, the applicable scale and scope of each ecological land category are defined. The construction of multi-dimensional classification system of ecological land use will be beneficial to the national and local government to formulate ecological land management policies and facilitate the in-depth study of ecological land use and its ecosystem services.
