【摘要】：在德安縣的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中,棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)具有極大的推動(dòng)作用,德安縣棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)在改革開(kāi)放后獲得了長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,然而,近幾年,伴隨全球性棉花流通體制深入改革,德安縣的市場(chǎng)化程序進(jìn)一步加深,眾多問(wèn)題也暴露了出來(lái),對(duì)于整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展造成的影響極大。另外,最近幾年來(lái)棉花價(jià)格在無(wú)規(guī)律的漲跌,實(shí)質(zhì)上是棉花市場(chǎng)還不是非常完善,存在有信息不對(duì)稱(chēng),市場(chǎng)配置資源較為滯后,從而難以實(shí)現(xiàn)供給和需求之間的均衡。研究者綜合采用多種研究方法對(duì)如下問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了研究:首先,研究者對(duì)論文研究的相關(guān)情況進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié);其次,對(duì)理論概念基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了綜述,主要包含對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化理論、使用到的AHP分析法理論,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論;再者,對(duì)德安縣棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用分析和評(píng)價(jià),其中對(duì)德安縣棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及效益分析,主要進(jìn)行了德安縣棉花種植情況及效益比較和德安縣棉花生產(chǎn)加工情況分析;對(duì)棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)帶動(dòng)作用的評(píng)價(jià)及因素分析,主要包含有帶動(dòng)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要方面的評(píng)價(jià)和棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)因素分析;最后對(duì)發(fā)揮棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)德安縣農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的帶動(dòng)作用的對(duì)策進(jìn)行了策劃,在構(gòu)建德安棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展推進(jìn)其帶動(dòng)作用,規(guī)劃了棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)集群構(gòu)建基本原則和棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)集群構(gòu)建合理布局;在優(yōu)化江西德安棉花產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,主要包含有推動(dòng)龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)性發(fā)展模式、推動(dòng)科技帶動(dòng)性發(fā)展模式和推動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)帶動(dòng)性發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:In the national economy of Dean County, cotton industry plays a very important role in promoting the development of cotton industry. However, in recent years, with the deepening reform of the global cotton circulation system, the cotton industry in Dean County has achieved great development. Dean County's market-oriented procedures are further deepened, many problems have been exposed, the impact on the development of the entire industry is great. In addition, the irregular rise and fall of cotton prices in recent years is essentially that the cotton market is not very perfect, there is information asymmetry, the market allocation of resources is lagging behind, so it is difficult to achieve the balance between supply and demand. Researchers have comprehensively used a variety of research methods to study the following issues: first, the researcher summarized the relevant situation of the paper; secondly, the theoretical conceptual basis was summarized, mainly including the theory of agricultural industrialization, The theory of AHP analysis and the theory of industrial cluster are used. Furthermore, the paper analyzes and evaluates the driving effect of cotton industry development on rural economy in Dean County, and analyzes the present situation and benefit of cotton industry development in Dean County. The paper mainly analyzes the situation and benefit of cotton planting in Dean County, the analysis of cotton production and processing in Dean County, the evaluation and factor analysis of cotton industry's driving effect on rural economy. It mainly includes the evaluation of the main aspects of driving the rural economy and the analysis of the driving factors of the cotton industry to the rural economy. Finally, the countermeasures to give full play to the role of the cotton industry in the rural economy of Dean County are planned. In order to promote the development of cotton industry cluster in Dean, the basic principles of cotton industry cluster construction and the rational distribution of cotton industry cluster are planned, and the development mode of cotton industry in Dean, Jiangxi province, is optimized. It mainly includes driving the leading enterprise belt development mode, promoting the science and technology belt development pattern and promoting the association belt development pattern.
