汪清縣城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部農(nóng)村建設(shè)用地集約利用評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:At the same time, the social and economic activities of the city are also constantly affecting the suburbs and surrounding countryside, so that the mode of production is also constantly changing, thus promoting frequent interaction between urban and rural factors of production, and gradually merging into a special micro-economy. The economic transition zone, that is, the urban-rural fringe, has a relatively unique social, natural and ecological characteristics. It is also one of the areas with the most intense contradictions between urban and rural land use and the most active land use change. There are problems such as inefficient land use, sharp contradictions between land supply and demand, and unclear land property rights. It is of practical significance for the economic development and sustainable use of land resources in this area to strengthen land management and planning in the fringe of urban and rural areas and to raise the level of intensive land use so as to meet the demand of urban development for land without consuming arable land resources. As an important part of rural land use, rural construction land plays an important role in regional rural development. With the construction of new socialist countryside and new urbanization, rural industrialization continues to progress, some local construction land appeared. Many new problems, such as idle and waste of land, inefficient use and so on, aggravate the contradiction between supply and demand. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of intensive use of rural construction land to solve these problems. The evaluation of economized and intensive use of land for development zones and education is still in the theoretical stage. As an important part of construction land, the study of intensive use evaluation of rural construction land can not only promote the improvement of intensive use of rural construction land. Under this background, this paper firstly studies the intensive use of land in urban-rural fringe and the intensive use of land for rural construction both at home and abroad, and studies the connotation and characteristics of urban-rural fringe and intensive use of rural construction land. Secondly, according to the actual situation of Wangqing County, the scope of the urban-rural fringe is divided. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of intensive utilization of rural construction land is constructed, and the intensive utilization of rural construction land in the study area is evaluated. Finally, the evaluation results are analyzed and relevant countermeasures are put forward. In the process of evaluating intensive use of rural construction land, the construction of evaluation index system is very important. Based on the evaluation index system of intensive use of land at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of every village in the urban-rural fringe of Wangqing County, this paper discusses the land use efficiency, land use structure, land use intensity and land input. Starting from the five objectives of land social and economic benefits, 13 representative evaluation indexes were selected to construct the evaluation system of rural construction land intensive use. On this basis, the weight of evaluation indexes was calculated by AHP, and the rural construction land in the urban-rural fringe of Wangqing County was evaluated by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the intensive level of rural construction land in the villages in the urban-rural fringe of Wangqing County needs to be improved, and there is still much room for improvement. At present, the evaluation of intensive use of rural construction land in China is still in the pilot stage. There is no uniform standard for the connotation or evaluation index of rural construction land. Moreover, the evaluation object of this paper is rural construction land in the fringe of urban and rural areas, and its evaluation is a complicated system. Therefore, this evaluation study is not only a new attempt, but also a supplement to the existing research on the evaluation of intensive use of construction land.
