中國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇研究

【摘要】:作為農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),近年來(lái)我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國(guó)目前已成為繼美國(guó)、歐盟、加拿大、巴西之后的第五大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口國(guó)。在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的背景下,全球很多大型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)紛紛進(jìn)入我國(guó),他們的介入進(jìn)一步提高了我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的技術(shù)水平和生產(chǎn)能力,有利于我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的規(guī)范,但同時(shí)也使得中國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)不得不面對(duì)更加激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。盡管我國(guó)勞動(dòng)密集型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品增加了參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的機(jī)會(huì),但是我國(guó)參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的龍頭企業(yè)普遍存在生產(chǎn)規(guī)模小、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量差、品牌不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題。特別是在沿海一些農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口基地,不少出口企業(yè)不僅規(guī)模小、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力差,而且由于缺乏行會(huì)協(xié)作機(jī)制,有時(shí)為爭(zhēng)奪國(guó)際市場(chǎng)常;ハ鄩簝r(jià),搞低水平、無(wú)序的惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng),內(nèi)耗損失慘重。再加上農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)本身具有進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大、價(jià)格操作選擇余地有限、決策具有偶然性和進(jìn)入模式選擇被動(dòng)等特點(diǎn),這些問(wèn)題都嚴(yán)重影響了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的模式選擇,那么究竟有哪些因素影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)模式選擇,這些因素怎樣影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)進(jìn)入國(guó)際市場(chǎng)模式選擇,我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)應(yīng)怎樣參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、迎接全球市場(chǎng)的挑戰(zhàn)這都是本論文所要研究的問(wèn)題。本文首先對(duì)企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇問(wèn)題進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)梳理,接著介紹企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入的主要模式及影響模式選擇的各類因素,之后針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)分析了影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇的三類因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上本文構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入模式選擇的遞進(jìn)決策概念模型,并以四川農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入為例,運(yùn)用層次分析法分別對(duì)其所有權(quán)優(yōu)勢(shì)、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、內(nèi)部化優(yōu)勢(shì)以及母國(guó)推力優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,據(jù)此得到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品企業(yè)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入的模式選擇依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a large agricultural country, China's agricultural exports have been expanding in recent years. According to statistics, China has become the fifth largest exporter of agricultural products after the United States, the European Union, Canada and Brazil. Intervention further improves the technical level and productivity of China's agricultural products enterprises, which is conducive to the standardization of China's agricultural products market, but also makes China's agricultural products enterprises have to face more intense international competition. The leading enterprises in the competition generally have the problems of small scale of production, poor quality of products and weak brand. Especially in some agricultural export bases along the coast, many export enterprises are not only small in scale and poor in competitiveness, but also because of the lack of cooperative mechanism between trade unions, sometimes in order to compete for the international market, they often depress each other, engage in low-level, disorderly and vicious competition. These problems have seriously affected the choice of entry mode for agricultural products enterprises, and what factors affect the entry of agricultural products enterprises? How these factors affect the choice of international market entry mode for agricultural products enterprises, how Chinese agricultural products enterprises should participate in international competition and meet the challenges of global market are all the problems to be studied in this paper. This paper introduces the main modes of international market entry and the various factors affecting the selection of the modes. Then, according to the characteristics of the agricultural products enterprises, three factors affecting the selection of the modes of international market entry for the agricultural products enterprises are emphatically analyzed. On this basis, a progressive decision-making conceptual model for the selection of the modes of international market entry for the agricultural products enterprises is constructed. Taking the international market entry of Sichuan agricultural products enterprises as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on their ownership advantages, location advantages, internalization advantages and home country thrust advantages by using the analytic hierarchy process.
