【摘要】：2015年12月25日中央農(nóng)村工作會(huì)議首次提出"農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革",2016年的中央一號(hào)文件又進(jìn)一步提出了"推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"。"農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革"成為當(dāng)下三農(nóng)領(lǐng)域的"高頻詞"。如何全面理解和正確把握農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)改革的政策含義?面對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的深層矛盾和問(wèn)題,如何用發(fā)展新理念、破解"三農(nóng)"新難題,在農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)方式、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)上有所作為,為建設(shè)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)省提供決策支持。本刊編輯部參與江西現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)及其優(yōu)勢(shì)產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的決策支持協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心組織"農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革與江西現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展"學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)。會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)到國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)秘書長(zhǎng)程國(guó)強(qiáng)研究員、華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者羅必良教授、中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)何秀榮教授等國(guó)內(nèi)知名專家以及省社科院、省農(nóng)業(yè)廳、江西農(nóng)大等單位專家以及職業(yè)農(nóng)民代表共同探討農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革話題。程國(guó)強(qiáng)、羅必良、何秀榮三位學(xué)者也是本刊的特邀編委,應(yīng)邀出席會(huì)議,并作作了主題演講�，F(xiàn)把三位學(xué)者的演講內(nèi)容加以整理,以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:On December 25, 2015, the Central Rural work Conference put forward for the first time the "supply-side structural reform of agriculture", and the "promoting supply-side structural reform of agriculture" was further put forward in the first document of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China in 2016. " The structural reform on the supply side of agriculture has become a high-frequency word in the field of agriculture, countryside and farmers. How to fully understand and correctly grasp the policy implications of agricultural supply-side reform? In the face of the deep contradictions and problems in the development of modern agriculture, how to use the new concept of development to solve the new problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", to make some achievements in the agricultural transformation mode, to adjust the structure, and to provide decision support for the construction of a strong province of modern agriculture. The editorial Department of the Journal participated in the decision support of sustainable development of modern agriculture and its superior industries in Jiangxi Province and organized a symposium on "Agricultural supply-side structural reform and the development of modern agriculture in Jiangxi Province". The meeting invited Cheng Guoqiang, secretary general of the Development Research Center of the State Council, Professor Luo Biliang, a scholar of the Ministry of Education of South China Agricultural University, Professor he Xiurong of the Agricultural University of China, and other well-known domestic experts, as well as the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Provincial Agricultural Department, Jiangxi Agricultural University and other unit experts as well as professional farmers to discuss the agricultural supply-side structural reform topic. Cheng Guoqiang, Luo Biliang and Ho Xiurong are also invited editors to attend the conference and give keynote speeches. The contents of the speeches of the three scholars are now arranged for the reader.
