【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),玉米生產(chǎn)布局發(fā)生了明顯的變化。綜合使用產(chǎn)地集中度系數(shù)、生產(chǎn)集中度和生產(chǎn)規(guī)模指數(shù)分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)層面、區(qū)域?qū)用婧褪∮驅(qū)用婵疾煊衩咨a(chǎn)布局變遷的特征,并構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)1980—2013年其布局變遷的影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,玉米產(chǎn)業(yè)總體生產(chǎn)布局比較集中,玉米生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)北增南減的趨勢(shì),東北和華北分布最為集中,且生產(chǎn)集聚的省份主要在東北及華北地區(qū);成災(zāi)率、有效灌溉比例、勞動(dòng)力投入、化肥施用量、非農(nóng)收入比例、城鎮(zhèn)化率、市場(chǎng)需求、交通運(yùn)輸狀況和科技進(jìn)步等是影響玉米生產(chǎn)布局變遷的重要因素,其中有效灌溉比例、城鎮(zhèn)化率對(duì)玉米生產(chǎn)布局變遷的影響最為顯著。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the layout of maize production has changed significantly. The characteristics of maize production layout change were investigated from the industrial level, regional level and provincial level, respectively, using the production area concentration coefficient, production concentration ratio and production scale index, respectively, from the industrial level, the regional level and the provincial level. A panel data model is constructed to analyze the influencing factors of its layout change from 1980 to 2013. The results showed that the overall production distribution of maize industry was relatively concentrated, the maize production showed a trend of increasing and decreasing from north to south, the distribution of Northeast and North China was the most concentrated, and the provinces with concentrated production were mainly in Northeast and North China. Labor input, fertilizer application rate, non-agricultural income ratio, urbanization rate, market demand, transportation situation and scientific and technological progress are important factors affecting the change of maize production layout, among which effective irrigation proportion. The urbanization rate has the most significant effect on the change of maize production distribution.
