【摘要】：社會(huì)組織在我國精準(zhǔn)扶貧中起了重要作用。然而,社會(huì)組織參與我國精準(zhǔn)扶貧的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、信任和規(guī)范缺失,影響了扶貧的效果。應(yīng)促進(jìn)多元主體參與精準(zhǔn)扶貧,建立良好的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò);提高社會(huì)組織的自主性和精準(zhǔn)扶貧的識(shí)別度,重構(gòu)社會(huì)信任體系;加強(qiáng)社會(huì)組織的立法和體制建設(shè),規(guī)范社會(huì)資本運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Social organizations play an important role in precision poverty alleviation in China. However, social organizations participate in the network of precision poverty alleviation in China, lack of trust and norms, which affect the effect of poverty alleviation. We should promote the participation of multiple subjects in precision poverty alleviation, establish a good social network, enhance the autonomy of social organizations and the recognition of precision poverty alleviation, reconstruct the social trust system, and strengthen the legislation and institutional building of social organizations. We will standardize the operation of social capital.
