【摘要】：旅游合作社是鄉(xiāng)村旅游目的地新型的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體,符合現(xiàn)代休閑農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)化、規(guī)模化的發(fā)展趨勢。本文結(jié)合信陽郝堂村美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的實踐,基于社區(qū)自組織能力建設(shè)的視角,構(gòu)建旅游合作社對鄉(xiāng)村旅游影響模型,驗證旅游合作社—社區(qū)自組織能力—鄉(xiāng)村旅游三者之間的邏輯關(guān)聯(lián)。實證結(jié)果顯示:社區(qū)自組織能力對鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展有積極影響,旅游合作社物理要素、人理要素對社區(qū)自組織能力有正向影響但不顯著,旅游合作社事理要素對社區(qū)自組織能力有顯著積極影響�；谝陨辖Y(jié)論,本文提出培育鄉(xiāng)村旅游合作社、構(gòu)建社區(qū)為基礎(chǔ)的旅游方式、創(chuàng)新鄉(xiāng)村治理機制、科學(xué)運營管理等措施。
[Abstract]:Tourism cooperative is a new type of agricultural management in rural tourism destination, which accords with the development trend of specialization and scale of modern leisure agriculture. Based on the practice of beautiful rural construction in Haotang Village of Xinyang, this paper constructs a model of the impact of tourism cooperatives on rural tourism from the perspective of community self-organization capacity building. To verify the logical relationship between tourism cooperatives, community self-organization ability and rural tourism. The empirical results show that the community self-organization ability has a positive impact on the development of rural tourism, the physical elements of tourism cooperatives and human factors have a positive impact on the self-organization ability of the community, but not significant. The principle factors of tourism cooperatives have a significant positive effect on the self-organization ability of the community. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some measures such as cultivating rural tourism cooperatives, constructing community based tourism mode, innovating rural governance mechanism, and scientific operation and management.
