【摘要】：隨著我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程不斷加快,現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生�，F(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)作為城市和市郊空間中一種特殊形態(tài)的農(nóng)業(yè),得到快速發(fā)展。目前,石家莊市工業(yè)化快速推進(jìn),城鄉(xiāng)加速融合,京津冀一體化進(jìn)程加快,在2014年9月國務(wù)院批復(fù)了石家莊市部分行政區(qū)劃調(diào)整,這些變化進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展。石家莊市將迎來現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,著力構(gòu)建綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)基地、優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工集聚地、城鄉(xiāng)居民觀光休閑之地和名優(yōu)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品展示平臺(tái)。文章采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較分析法、社會(huì)調(diào)查法、PESTEL分析法等,從石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對(duì)存在的問題展開深入研究,旨在為進(jìn)一步提高石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平提供決策依據(jù)。本文先介紹了研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,闡述現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念以及理論基礎(chǔ)。本文通過PESTEL分析模型,分析石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)目前發(fā)展的大環(huán)境。從石家莊市當(dāng)前現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況出發(fā),闡述總體發(fā)展思路、主要發(fā)展模式以及具體產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況,指出現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,為下文的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)主要問題,找出原因,為石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策建議提供依據(jù)。最后提出發(fā)展對(duì)策建議,石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)需要從科學(xué)規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營建設(shè)、農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)力度、科技服務(wù)體系、生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)、法律法規(guī)體系構(gòu)建等方面進(jìn)行完善。通過對(duì)石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析,得出石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)具體的發(fā)展情況,為今后研究石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)提供相關(guān)資料;針對(duì)石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,分析出產(chǎn)生問題的原因,對(duì)將來發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)具有一定的參考作用,引以為戒;根據(jù)石家莊市現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議,對(duì)石家莊市進(jìn)一步發(fā)展現(xiàn)代都市農(nóng)業(yè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urban and rural integration in China, modern urban agriculture emerges as the times require. As a special form of agriculture in urban and suburban space, modern urban agriculture has developed rapidly. At present, the industrialization of Shijiazhuang is advancing rapidly, the integration of urban and rural areas is accelerating, and the process of integration between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has been accelerated. In September 2014, the State Council approved the adjustment of some administrative divisions in Shijiazhuang. These changes further promote the development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City. Shijiazhuang City will usher in a major strategic opportunity period for the development of modern urban agriculture, focusing on the construction of green agricultural production bases, processing and gathering areas for high-quality agricultural products, sightseeing and leisure sites for urban and rural residents and display platforms for famous and excellent agricultural products. Based on the present situation of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City, this paper makes a deep study on the existing problems by using the methods of literature analysis, comparative analysis and social investigation. The purpose is to provide decision-making basis for further improving the development level of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City. This paper first introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content, research methods and innovation. On this basis, the related concepts and theoretical basis of modern urban agriculture are expounded. This paper analyzes the development environment of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang by means of PESTEL analysis model. Starting from the basic situation of the development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang, this paper expounds the overall development ideas, main development models and the development of specific industries, and points out the main problems existing in the development of modern urban agriculture. To lay the foundation for the following research. Aiming at the main problems, this paper finds out the reasons and provides the basis for the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang. Finally, the development countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang needs to be perfected from the aspects of scientific planning, industrial management construction, farmer training, science and technology service system, ecological environment construction, and the construction of laws and regulations system. Through the analysis of the present situation of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City, the concrete development situation of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City is obtained, which provides relevant information for the future study of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City. In view of the main problems existing in the development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City, the causes of the problems are analyzed, which can be used as a reference for the development of modern urban agriculture in the future. According to the problems existing in the development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward, which have certain reference significance for the further development of modern urban agriculture in Shijiazhuang City.
