寧�？h胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、問題及對策研究

【摘要】：近年來,隨著農(nóng)村社會經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,農(nóng)村居民生活水平不斷提高,農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)組織不斷完善,一大批農(nóng)村特色林果產(chǎn)品如雨后春筍般發(fā)展。浙江省寧海縣胡陳鄉(xiāng)就是典型的特色林果之鄉(xiāng),其水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)近年得到快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品供不應(yīng)求,產(chǎn)業(yè)化規(guī)模不斷擴大。以合作社+農(nóng)戶的形式穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展,改變了傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)營方式,解放了生產(chǎn)力,盤活了地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,成為農(nóng)村居民經(jīng)濟增長的新亮點。研究胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展對促進當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、增加農(nóng)民收入具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文基于浙江省寧海縣胡陳鄉(xiāng),采用二手資料、關(guān)鍵信息人訪談及10個水蜜桃種植村、100戶農(nóng)村居民的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運用統(tǒng)計描述方法,分析胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、現(xiàn)狀及成效,分析發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,并最后針對存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)在發(fā)展優(yōu)勢方面,當(dāng)前胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展存在多項優(yōu)勢,包括區(qū)位、產(chǎn)品價值等多項優(yōu)勢,當(dāng)前農(nóng)戶對胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展整體滿意度較好,基本滿意及以上占90%以上,主要認為產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展前景較好,收益可觀。(2)在發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀方面,當(dāng)前胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展較好,規(guī)模較大,2015年胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃種植面積占水果總種植面積的41%,2011~2015年種植面積年均增長率達7.6%;近兩年平均單價達到19元/千克,農(nóng)村居民平均80%以上農(nóng)業(yè)收入來自水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)。(3)在發(fā)展成效方面,胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展通過合作社建設(shè),逐漸形成品種多樣,在區(qū)域有一定影響力的特色水果產(chǎn)品,此外,政府的政策和資金獎勵和扶持也幫助了胡陳鄉(xiāng)水蜜桃提升了品牌知名度和競爭力。(4)當(dāng)前水蜜桃種植仍存在一定問題包括病蟲害、環(huán)境污染、勞動力素質(zhì)低、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、電商平臺發(fā)展慢、保險及信貸服務(wù)不完善等。(5)在對策建議方面研究從加強預(yù)防病蟲害,綠色發(fā)展,提升勞動者科學(xué)素質(zhì),完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,提升種植機械化水平,擴寬電子商務(wù)銷售渠道,完善合作社組織化建設(shè)和保險、信貸服務(wù)水平著手,有針對性地提供意見參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the rural social economy, the living standard of rural residents has been continuously improved and the rural industrial organization has been perfected. A large number of rural and fruit products have sprung up like bamboo shoots after the rain. Hu Chen Township, Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, is a typical characteristic forest and fruit industry, its water honey peach industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and the supply of products is short of supply. The scale of industrialization has been expanded continuously, with the form of cooperative and peasant households in the form of stable and healthy development, changing the traditional way of operation, liberating the productive forces, invigorating the economic development of the region and becoming a new bright spot for the economic growth of the rural residents. The study of the development of the industrialization of Hu Chenxiang honey peach to promote the development of land agriculture and economic development and increase the income of farmers is heavy. In this paper, based on Hu Chen Township, Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, this paper uses the second-hand information, key information interview and 10 peach planting villages, 100 Rural Residents' survey data, using statistical description method to analyze the development advantage, present situation and efficiency of the peach industrialization in Hu Chen Township, analyze the main problems in the development, and finally aim at the problems. The existing problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that: (1) in the development advantage, there are many advantages in the development of Hu Chen home peach industrialization, including many advantages, including location, product value and so on. The current farmers are satisfied with the development of the industrialization of Hu Chen peach industrialization, and the basic satisfaction and above account for more than 90%. The prospect of industrialization is good and the income is considerable. (2) in the current situation of development, the industrialization of peaches in Hu Chen township is better and larger. In 2015, the planting area of Hu Chen township was 41% of the total fruit area of fruit, and the annual growth rate of the planting area in 2011~2015 was 7.6%, and the average unit price reached 19 yuan per kilogram in the last two years, and the rural residents were in the past two years. The average agricultural income over 80% comes from the peach industry. (3) in the development effect, the development of the peach industrialization in Hu Chen Township, through the cooperative construction, gradually forms a variety of fruit products with certain influence in the region. In addition, the government policy and fund reward and support also help Hu Chen Xiang peach to enhance the brand knowledge. (4) there are still some problems in the planting of peach, including diseases and pests, environmental pollution, low quality of labor, imperfect infrastructure, slow development of e-commerce platform, imperfect insurance and credit services. (5) research on prevention and treatment of pests and pests, green development, promotion of scientific quality of workers and the improvement of the basis for improving the scientific quality of labourers. Facilities, improve the level of mechanization of planting, expand the marketing channels of e-commerce, improve the organization and insurance of cooperative organization and insurance, the level of credit service, and provide suggestions for reference.
