【摘要】：除了返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè),城市豐富的信息渠道和消費(fèi)需求使得留城創(chuàng)業(yè)成為農(nóng)民工創(chuàng)業(yè)者的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇。在背井離鄉(xiāng)的條件下,能否嵌入城市社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)來克服創(chuàng)業(yè)困難,不僅關(guān)系到創(chuàng)業(yè)成敗,也關(guān)系到農(nóng)民工留城創(chuàng)業(yè)的幸福感。本文基于206份問卷進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果顯示:城市社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對農(nóng)民工創(chuàng)業(yè)幸福感具有正向影響,機(jī)會開發(fā)和組織合法性均在兩者間起到中介作用;創(chuàng)業(yè)激情可以增強(qiáng)社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對機(jī)會開發(fā)和組織合法性的促進(jìn)作用;農(nóng)民工留城創(chuàng)業(yè)幸福感的影響因素存在一定的代際差異。留城創(chuàng)業(yè)的農(nóng)民工不僅要加強(qiáng)城市社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入規(guī)模和質(zhì)量,還要努力開發(fā)高價(jià)值的創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會,在追求成功的同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值。政府應(yīng)當(dāng)加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和動員,提高農(nóng)民工創(chuàng)業(yè)激情,還要根據(jù)兩代農(nóng)民工的特點(diǎn)為其留城創(chuàng)業(yè)打造良好的制度環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:In addition to returning home to start a business, the city's abundant information channels and consumer demand make it a realistic choice for migrant workers to start a business. Whether we can embed the urban social network to overcome the difficulties of starting a business is not only related to the success or failure of starting a business, but also to the happiness of migrant workers staying in the city to start an undertaking. Based on 206 questionnaires, the results show that urban social network embedding has a positive impact on migrant workers' entrepreneurial well-being, opportunity development and organizational legitimacy play an intermediary role between the two; Entrepreneurial passion can enhance the role of social network embedding to promote the opportunity development and organizational legitimacy, and there are some intergenerational differences in the influencing factors of rural migrant workers' happiness. Migrant workers who stay in the city to start a business should not only strengthen the scale and quality of urban social network embedding, but also strive to develop high-value entrepreneurial opportunities to achieve self-worth while pursuing success. The government should strengthen entrepreneurship education and mobilization, improve the enthusiasm of migrant workers, and create a good institutional environment for their entrepreneurship in the city according to the characteristics of the two generations of migrant workers.
