【摘要】：七星關(guān)區(qū)作為貴州省的農(nóng)業(yè)大區(qū),在發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)方面具有優(yōu)越的地理條件和群眾基礎(chǔ)。近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,七星關(guān)區(qū)的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)取得了一系列顯著的成績,但現(xiàn)代化程度依然較低,需要下大力氣深入推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文通過對七星關(guān)區(qū)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)深入實際調(diào)查研究,正視七星關(guān)區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),總結(jié)七星關(guān)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)存在農(nóng)業(yè)水利基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施薄弱、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營水平低、作為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)主體的農(nóng)民文化素質(zhì)偏低、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工滯后、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)“三缺”問題仍然存在等五方面的不足。對將面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)作了詳細(xì)的分析,同時通過研究分析畢節(jié)地區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的成功實踐經(jīng)驗與啟示,推廣總結(jié)可供七星關(guān)區(qū)學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的發(fā)展啟示。綜上分析,得出以下對策和建議：第一,加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,發(fā)展優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)；第二,抓好資金籌措,培育龍頭企業(yè)；第三,完善土地經(jīng)營權(quán),提高集約化水平；第四,強(qiáng)化政府引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)管理力度；第五,改善農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,夯實發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)；第六,加大農(nóng)業(yè)科技推廣力度,著力提高農(nóng)業(yè)勞動者素質(zhì)；第七,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)品品牌化,大力開拓市場。
[Abstract]:As the agricultural region of Guizhou province, Qixingguan District has superior geographical conditions and mass base in the development of modern agriculture. With the rapid development of economy in recent years, modern agriculture in Qixing Guan area has made a series of remarkable achievements, but the degree of modernization is still low, so it is necessary to make great efforts to promote the development of modern agriculture. Through the thorough investigation and study of modern agriculture in Qixingguan area, this paper faces the challenges faced by the development of modern agriculture in Qixingguan area, and concludes that the development of modern agriculture in Qixingguan has weak agricultural water conservancy infrastructure and low management level of agricultural industrialization. As the main body of modern agriculture, farmers' cultural quality is on the low side, the processing of agricultural products lags behind, and the problems of "three shortages" in modern agriculture still exist in five aspects. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges that will be faced, and at the same time, through the research and analysis of the successful practical experience and enlightenment of developing modern agriculture in Bijie Agricultural demonstration Park, generalizes and summarizes the development enlightenment that can be used for reference in the study of Qixingguan District. On the basis of the above analysis, the following countermeasures and suggestions are drawn: first, to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and to develop superior industries; second, to do a good job in raising funds and cultivating leading enterprises; third, to improve land management rights and raise the level of intensification; fourth, Strengthen the guidance of the government, strengthen management; fifth, improve agricultural infrastructure, consolidate the basis for development; sixth, increase agricultural science and technology promotion efforts to improve the quality of agricultural workers; seventh, promote product branding, vigorously open up the market.
