【摘要】：草地畜牧業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展指草地畜牧業(yè)既滿足當(dāng)代人的需要,又不會失去滿足后代人對其需求能力的發(fā)展。在草地畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中,人、牲畜、草地是最主要的組成部分。這三者在草地生態(tài)圈中相互作用,影響著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展�，F(xiàn)在,錫林郭勒盟草地畜牧業(yè)面臨著人口對畜產(chǎn)品需求增加和草地荒漠化的雙重壓力。人口的增長必然導(dǎo)致對畜產(chǎn)品需求的增加,而草地荒漠化使草地承載量下降。如何在合理開發(fā)利用草地的前提下滿足人類對畜牧業(yè)的需求成為了社會各界關(guān)注的焦點。本文通過查閱資料,深入錫林郭勒盟進(jìn)行調(diào)研,對當(dāng)?shù)氐牟莸匦竽翗I(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素進(jìn)行了深入分析并提出了對策。錫林郭勒盟草地畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的問題主要有：從事草地畜牧業(yè)的勞動力的可持續(xù)發(fā)展意識和執(zhí)行力較低、畜牧業(yè)機(jī)械化程度低、草地荒漠化嚴(yán)重、各旗縣發(fā)展不平衡、社會保障程度低等。對此問題提出的對策是：提升牧民的可持續(xù)發(fā)展意識和能力、提升牧民的農(nóng)技水平、提高畜牧業(yè)機(jī)械化水平以增加產(chǎn)出、完善保護(hù)草地相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、大力推行退牧還草舉措、提高社會保障程度、加強(qiáng)牧業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)和合作社建設(shè)、畜產(chǎn)品流通方式改革。提出這些對策旨在幫助錫林郭勒盟擺脫畜牧業(yè)經(jīng)營困境,實現(xiàn)草地畜牧業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry refers to the development of grassland animal husbandry which not only meets the needs of the present generation but also does not lose the ability to meet the needs of future generations. In the production and management of grassland animal husbandry, people, livestock, grassland is the most important component. These three interactions in the grassland biosphere affect the economic and social development. Now, the grassland animal husbandry in Xilingol League is under the double pressure of increasing population demand for livestock products and grassland desertification. Population growth will inevitably lead to an increase in demand for livestock products, while grassland desertification will lead to a decrease in grassland carrying capacity. How to meet the needs of animal husbandry under the premise of rational development and utilization of grassland has become the focus of attention. In this paper, the factors affecting the development of grassland animal husbandry were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward. The main problems facing the development of grassland animal husbandry in Xilingguole League are: low consciousness and execution of sustainable development of labor force engaged in grassland animal husbandry, low degree of mechanization of animal husbandry, serious desertification of grassland and unbalanced development of each flag county. Low level of social security. The countermeasures to this problem are: to promote the sustainable development consciousness and ability of herdsmen, to raise the level of agricultural technology of herdsmen, to raise the level of mechanization of animal husbandry in order to increase output, to improve the laws and regulations related to the protection of grassland, and to vigorously promote the measures of returning pasture to pasture. Improve social security, strengthen animal husbandry institutions and cooperatives, animal products circulation reform. These countermeasures are aimed at helping the Xilingol League to extricate itself from the predicament of animal husbandry management and to realize the sustainable development of grassland animal husbandry.
