【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進程的加快,失地農民已經成為一個數(shù)量龐大的群體,大量失地農民涌入城市,勢必會阻礙城市化的腳步。如何妥善安置失地農民,使他們順利進行市民化,這個問題迫在眉睫。為此,把失地農民市民化問題提出來做研究,正確認識我國失地農民在城市化大潮下面臨的窘境,為失地農民的生產生活指明方向,對我國經濟社會健康穩(wěn)步發(fā)展有重要意義。本文以遼寧省興城市臨海產業(yè)區(qū)為主要研究對象,結合實地調研,探究失地農民市民化困境根源并提出解決其困境的具體思路。全文共分為五部分。第一部分導論,主要闡述國內外研究現(xiàn)狀及本文的研究背景、意義、思路、方法,創(chuàng)新點及不足之處。第二部分,對開展本研究的相關概念和理論基礎進行界定和闡述。第三部分,在實地調研的基礎上,分析產業(yè)區(qū)失地農民的市民化現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。第四部分,探究導致產業(yè)區(qū)失地農民市民化困境的主要原因。在此基礎上,第五部分從政府、社區(qū)及失地農民三個方面系統(tǒng)地提出解決興城市臨海產業(yè)區(qū)失地農民市民化問題的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the landless farmers have become a large number of people, and a large number of landless farmers are pouring into the city, which is bound to hinder the pace of urbanization. How to properly settle the landless peasants and make them smooth for the citizenization is imminent. A correct understanding of the predicament faced by the landless peasants in the tide of urbanization in China is of great significance to the production and life of the landless peasants, and it is of great significance to the healthy and steady development of our country's economic and social health. This paper, taking the Xingcheng coastal industrial area in Liaoning Province as the main research object, explores the root cause of the plight of the citizenization of the landless peasants and puts forward solutions.
