【摘要】：正要切實(shí)增強(qiáng)"三農(nóng)"政策研究的針對性和實(shí)效性,努力促進(jìn)農(nóng)村同全國一道邁入全面小康社會解決好"三農(nóng)"問題,是全面建成小康社會、順利實(shí)現(xiàn)國家現(xiàn)代化的重大戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。習(xí)近平總書記在哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)工作座談會上要求,"重點(diǎn)圍繞國家重大戰(zhàn)略需求開展前瞻性、針對性、儲備性政策研究""理論創(chuàng)新只能從問題開始""問題是創(chuàng)新的起點(diǎn),也是創(chuàng)新的動力源。"我們應(yīng)當(dāng)按照這一精神,堅(jiān)持問題導(dǎo)向,切實(shí)增強(qiáng)"三農(nóng)"政策研究的針對性和實(shí)效性,努力促進(jìn)農(nóng)村同全國一道邁入全面小康社會。
[Abstract]:We are about to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the policy research on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and strive to promote the rural areas to enter the well-off society in an all-round way and solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers in an all-round way, so as to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The great strategic task of smoothly realizing the modernization of the country. General Secretary Xi Jinping asked at the symposium on philosophy and social sciences that "focusing on the major strategic needs of the country, developing forward-looking, targeted, and reserving policy research" theoretical innovation can only start with problems "is the starting point of innovation. It is also a source of power for innovation. " In accordance with this spirit, we should adhere to the problem orientation, strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the policy study on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and strive to promote the rural areas and the whole country to enter into a well-off society in an all-round way.
