【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是近年來(lái)在我國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)利用現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)資源、田園風(fēng)景和農(nóng)村經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)為城市居民提供農(nóng)業(yè)觀光和休閑度假的一種全新的經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)方式。從特征上說(shuō),休閑農(nóng)業(yè)具備了第一、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的特征,屬于一種綜合產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)所能提供的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值趨于飽和,需要對(duì)傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造;同時(shí),城市居民因?yàn)榄h(huán)境和生活壓力增大等問(wèn)題,迫切需要通過(guò)休閑來(lái)放松自己。因此,休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展正適應(yīng)了社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要。選擇研究寶雞金臺(tái)區(qū)的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,是因?yàn)楫?dāng)前寶雞市金臺(tái)區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)還處在起步階段,農(nóng)業(yè)休閑經(jīng)濟(jì)的理論還不完善,對(duì)于寶雞農(nóng)業(yè)的資源、環(huán)境、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)地研究缺乏系統(tǒng)性,因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)寶雞金臺(tái)區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展地研究具有指導(dǎo)意義。本論文分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分是緒論,介紹了論文寫(xiě)作的幾點(diǎn)要求和相關(guān)理論介紹;第二部分主要是介紹休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的相關(guān)概念,并重點(diǎn)闡述了休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基本特征,論述了要發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)所必須依靠的理論以及休閑農(nóng)業(yè)劃分的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)影響休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行了全面介紹;第三部分對(duì)寶雞市金臺(tái)區(qū)發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的背景進(jìn)行了介紹;第四部分介紹了寶雞市金臺(tái)區(qū)發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的路徑選擇和措施。針對(duì)金臺(tái)區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及所遇到的問(wèn)題,本論文認(rèn)為金臺(tái)區(qū)發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)應(yīng)該立足于對(duì)本地特色資源地挖掘上面,推動(dòng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部和農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)趥鹘y(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)上尋找經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的思想,制定相應(yīng)的鼓勵(lì)政策和措施,政府要再大力推廣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)方面提供支持,對(duì)金臺(tái)區(qū)的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)、合理的布局,依靠科技進(jìn)步和加強(qiáng)對(duì)人才的培訓(xùn),提高管理休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的水平和農(nóng)戶(hù)的服務(wù)意識(shí),為推廣本地區(qū)的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)而加大宣傳力度,提高本地區(qū)的知名度,讓金臺(tái)區(qū)廣為人知,協(xié)調(diào)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,要克服困難,廣泛籌措資金,加大在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)方面的投資力度,采取優(yōu)惠政策吸引各方人才來(lái)金臺(tái)投身休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)金臺(tái)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的分析,提出了要發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)必須進(jìn)行合理布局,尤其在旅游、體驗(yàn)式休閑娛樂(lè)方面要有屬于自己的特色,只有注意到這些問(wèn)題,才能促進(jìn)金臺(tái)區(qū)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, leisure agriculture is a new way to provide agricultural sightseeing and leisure vacation for urban residents by using existing agricultural resources, pastoral scenery and rural management activities in rural areas of our country in recent years. From the characteristics, leisure agriculture has the characteristics of the first, tertiary industry, belongs to a comprehensive industry. As the economic value of traditional agriculture tends to saturate, it is necessary to upgrade and transform the traditional agriculture. At the same time, it is urgent for urban residents to relax themselves through leisure because of the increasing environmental and life pressure. Therefore, the development of leisure agriculture is to meet the needs of social development. The reason for choosing to study the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District of Baoji is that the agricultural leisure economy of Jintai District of Baoji City is still in its infancy stage, the theory of agricultural leisure economy is not perfect, and the resources and environment of agriculture in Baoji are not perfect. The study of rural economy is lack of systematization, so it is of guiding significance to strengthen the research on the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District, Baoji. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, which introduces several requirements of the thesis writing and related theory introduction; the second part mainly introduces the related concepts of leisure agriculture, and focuses on the basic characteristics of leisure agriculture. This paper discusses the theory that must be relied on to develop leisure agriculture and the standard of dividing leisure agriculture, and introduces the factors that affect the development of leisure agriculture, the third part introduces the background of the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District of Baoji City. The fourth part introduces the path choice and measures of developing leisure agriculture in Jintai District of Baoji City. In view of the current situation and problems encountered in the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District, this paper holds that the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District should be based on the mining of local characteristic resources. To promote the leadership cadres and peasants to change the idea of looking for economic growth points in traditional agriculture, and to formulate corresponding encouraging policies and measures. The government should make great efforts to promote leisure agriculture to provide support, and carry out scientific work on the leisure agriculture industry in Jintai District. Rational layout, relying on scientific and technological progress and strengthening the training of talents, raising the level of management of leisure agriculture and the service consciousness of farmers, increasing publicity for the promotion of leisure agriculture in the region, and increasing the visibility of the region, To make the Jintai District well known, coordinate the development of leisure agriculture, tourism, and cultural industries, we must overcome difficulties, raise funds extensively, and increase investment in leisure agriculture. Adopt preferential policies to attract talents from all sides to join the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai. Based on the analysis of the development of leisure agriculture in Jintai, the author points out that the development of leisure agriculture must be rationally distributed, especially in tourism and experiential leisure and entertainment, which should have its own characteristics. Only by paying attention to these problems, Only in order to promote the healthy development of leisure agriculture in Jintai District.
