【摘要】：廣泛動員社會各方面力量參與扶貧,是中國特色扶貧開發(fā)道路的重要組成部分,充分體現(xiàn)了我國的政治優(yōu)勢和制度優(yōu)勢。本文根據(jù)社會扶貧的基本工作框架體系,以及近年來國家創(chuàng)新社會扶貧參與機制的理論和實踐,圍繞進(jìn)一步動員社會力量,凝聚脫貧攻堅合力,打贏脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn),提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic working framework system of social poverty alleviation , and the theory and practice of the participatory mechanism of pro - poor in recent years , this paper puts forward policy suggestions around the further mobilization of social forces , cohesion and poverty reduction , and the fight against poverty and poverty .
