重慶市渝中區(qū)新生代農(nóng)民工市民化問題研究

【摘要】:自1979年改革開放以來,城市化進程以及城鎮(zhèn)化建設已持續(xù)進行30多年,農(nóng)村剩余勞動力向城鎮(zhèn)流動與遷移是我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設進程中普通現(xiàn)象,也是城鎮(zhèn)化進程的動力。本文在分析新生代農(nóng)民工市民化具體環(huán)境、時代背景、心理和文化的基礎上,研究新生代農(nóng)民工市民化進程中出現(xiàn)的各種阻礙和保守思想障礙,并提出加速市民化的策略和建議。本研究對于促進城鄉(xiāng)勞動生產(chǎn)力資源要素整合,以及加速我國城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌一體化建設提供參考。本文通過界定市民化理論和概念,梳理市民化國內(nèi)外發(fā)展進程,通過實地調(diào)查的基礎上以重慶市調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對重慶市渝中區(qū)新生代農(nóng)民工市民化完成實證分析,總結渝中區(qū)推動農(nóng)民工市民化工作的實踐探索;最后,通過剖析新生代農(nóng)民工市民化存在的核心問題,為重慶市渝中區(qū)推進新生代農(nóng)民工市民化進程提出可實施的策略和建議。本研究表明,需要從以下幾個方面加強政策和制度建設:政府、企業(yè)和個體的共同協(xié)作和努力,政府重視和加快戶籍、就業(yè)以及社會保障等制度改革;企業(yè)需結合實際提高新生代農(nóng)民工職業(yè)技能并掌握企業(yè)文化,新生代農(nóng)民工努力提高本身的技術能力和文化底蘊并快速適應城市快節(jié)奏生活。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up in 1979, the urbanization process and urbanization construction have been going on for more than 30 years. The flow and migration of rural surplus labor force to cities and towns is a common phenomenon in the process of urbanization construction in China, and it is also the driving force of urbanization process. Based on the analysis of the specific environment, background, psychology and culture of the new generation of migrant workers, this paper studies the various obstacles and conservative ideological obstacles in the process of the urbanization of the new generation of migrant workers. And put forward the strategy and suggestion of accelerating the citizen. This study provides a reference for promoting the integration of urban and rural labor productivity resources and accelerating the integration of urban and rural areas. By defining the theory and concept of citizenship, combing the development process of urbanization at home and abroad, and based on the investigation data of Chongqing, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the new generation of migrant workers in Yuzhong District of Chongqing. Finally, by analyzing the core problems of the new generation of migrant workers, the paper puts forward some implementable strategies and suggestions for promoting the process of the new generation of migrant workers in Yuzhong District of Chongqing. This study shows that we need to strengthen the policy and system construction from the following aspects: the government, enterprises and individuals work together, the government attaches importance to and accelerate the reform of household registration, employment and social security system; Enterprises need to improve the vocational skills of the new generation of migrant workers and master the corporate culture. The new generation of migrant workers strive to improve their own technical ability and cultural background and adapt to the rapid pace of urban life.
