基于集合覆蓋模型的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局

【摘要】:針對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)地"最先一公里"冷鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局問題,采用集合覆蓋模型求解不同輻射半徑和網(wǎng)點容量組合下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點個數(shù)及布局方式,分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點的輻射半徑、容量與個數(shù)3者之間的關(guān)系,通過TOPSIS算法找出最優(yōu)布局方案。結(jié)果表明:1)單一輻射半徑下,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點容量的增加,網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點個數(shù)逐漸減小,最終趨于穩(wěn)定;2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點個數(shù)首次出現(xiàn)最小值時對應(yīng)的節(jié)點容量為該輻射半徑下的最佳容量;3)每個網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點輻射半徑都對應(yīng)1種最佳布局方式。本研究運用集合覆蓋模型對某區(qū)域農(nóng)產(chǎn)品基地進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局,分析得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點的輻射半徑為10km、容量為15萬t時的布局方案為最優(yōu),與理論分析相符,本研究提出的模型有效且可行。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the cold-chain network layout problem of "the first one kilometer" of agricultural production area, the number and layout of network nodes under different radiation radius and node capacity combination are solved by set cover model, and the radiation radius of network node is analyzed. Based on the relationship between capacity and number of 3, the optimal layout scheme is found by TOPSIS algorithm. The results show that the number of network nodes decreases with the increase of network node capacity under the single radiation radius. Finally, it tends to be stable. 2) the node capacity corresponding to the first minimum number of nodes in the network is the optimal capacity under the radiation radius. 3) each node radii of the network corresponds to an optimal layout mode. In this study, the network layout of a regional agricultural product base is carried out by using the set coverage model. The results show that the radiation radius of the network node is 10 km, and the layout scheme with capacity of 150000 tons is the optimal one, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The proposed model is effective and feasible.
