【摘要】：農(nóng)民增收問題直接關(guān)系到我國(guó)廣大農(nóng)民的福祉和全面小康的實(shí)現(xiàn),如何讓農(nóng)民收入持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地增長(zhǎng)是我國(guó)政學(xué)兩界的重大議題。"十二五"期間,農(nóng)民收入增速高于GDP和城鎮(zhèn)居民收入增長(zhǎng)速度,取得了"兩高"的好成績(jī),但是囿于錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),農(nóng)民增收遭遇了新的困境。為此,應(yīng)該從發(fā)展新產(chǎn)業(yè)新業(yè)態(tài)的視角采取相應(yīng)對(duì)策,破解農(nóng)民增收困境。
[Abstract]:The problem of increasing farmers' income is directly related to the well-being of the vast number of peasants in China and the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way. How to make the farmers' income increase steadily and continuously is a major issue in both fields of politics and science in China. " During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the growth rate of farmers' income was higher than that of GDP and urban residents' income growth, and achieved the good results of "two high levels". However, due to the complicated economic situation at home and abroad, farmers' income increase encountered new difficulties. In order to solve the problem of increasing farmers' income, we should take corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of developing new industries and new forms of business.
