【摘要】：哈薩克斯坦不僅是糧食生產(chǎn)大國(guó),也是糧食出口大國(guó),主要出口品種為小麥和面粉,哈薩克斯坦農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易量中有超過(guò)90%的為小麥出口。小麥出口是一個(gè)主要哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)外匯收入來(lái)源之一,小麥出口與對(duì)哈薩克斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有極大重要性。中國(guó)的糧食進(jìn)口依存度較大,其中每年對(duì)小麥有著巨大的供求缺口,且這一數(shù)據(jù)一直在穩(wěn)步上升中。中國(guó)進(jìn)口小麥量較大,并且非常重視小麥的進(jìn)口來(lái)源多樣化。哈中地理毗鄰,中國(guó)從哈薩克斯坦進(jìn)口小麥可以減少交通運(yùn)輸方面的擔(dān)憂,糧食安全問題會(huì)變小。因此中國(guó)從哈薩克斯坦保持較高的進(jìn)口具有重要意義。但實(shí)際上哈薩克斯坦對(duì)中國(guó)小麥的出口量較小。本文以哈薩克斯坦對(duì)中國(guó)小麥的出口為研究對(duì)象,首先闡述了哈薩克斯坦對(duì)中國(guó)小麥出口貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀、分析了哈薩克斯坦對(duì)中國(guó)小麥出口貿(mào)易存在的問題;其次通過(guò)比較分析方法分析了哈中兩國(guó)小麥生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中的生產(chǎn)成本、生產(chǎn)要素、生產(chǎn)價(jià)格、市場(chǎng)占有率以及運(yùn)用定量分析法貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢(shì)指數(shù)(RCA)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前哈薩克斯坦雖然小麥出口的數(shù)量與世界總量差距很大,但是,比中國(guó)還要高;最后對(duì)哈薩克斯坦對(duì)中國(guó)小麥出口貿(mào)易的影響因素及擬合預(yù)測(cè)進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了哈薩克斯坦在小麥等農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中資本、勞動(dòng)和技術(shù)水平三方面的供應(yīng)嚴(yán)重不足�；谝陨戏治�,本文為哈薩克斯坦相關(guān)部門提出了相關(guān)建議,即通過(guò)制訂系列發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,使哈薩克斯坦的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源更好地將本國(guó)儲(chǔ)量和產(chǎn)量上的優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為國(guó)際市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),以走上健康、高效、可持續(xù)的科學(xué)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Kazakhstan is not only a big grain producing country, but also a major grain exporter. The main export varieties are wheat and flour, and more than 90% of the trade volume of agricultural products in Kazakhstan is the export of wheat. The export of wheat is one of the main sources of foreign exchange income of Kazakhstan economy. The export of wheat and the economic development of Kazakhstan are very great. China has a large grain import dependence, which has a huge supply and demand gap for wheat every year, and this data has been steadily increasing. China imports a large amount of wheat and attaches great importance to the diversification of the import sources of wheat. The geographical proximity of hazhong, China's import of wheat from Kazakhstan can reduce transportation and transportation. The problem of food security will become smaller. Therefore, it is of great significance for China to maintain a higher import from Kazakhstan. But in fact, the export of Chinese wheat is small in Kazakhstan. In this paper, the export of Chinese Wheat in Kazakhstan is the research object. First, the status of the export trade of Chinese Wheat in Kazakhstan is expounded. The problems existing in Kazakhstan's wheat export trade are analyzed. Secondly, the production cost, production factor, production price, market share, trade competition index with quantitative analysis method, and the explicit comparative advantage index (RCA) are analyzed by comparative analysis. Although the gap between the quantity of wheat export and the total world total is very large in Kazakhstan, it is higher than that of China. At last, the influence factors and fitting prediction of Kazakhstan's export trade to China's wheat are analyzed, and the three aspects of capital, labor and technology in the production link of wheat and other agricultural products are found. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions for the relevant departments of Kazakhstan, that is, through the formulation of a series of development strategic plans, the agricultural products resources of Kazakhstan will be better transformed into the competitive advantage on the international market by transforming their reserves and production advantages into a healthy, efficient and sustainable scientific development.
