【摘要】：當(dāng)前中國經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入了中高速增長階段,作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)的農(nóng)業(yè),其現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的環(huán)境也面臨著重大挑戰(zhàn)。農(nóng)業(yè)要從以往的粗放式轉(zhuǎn)向集約式經(jīng)營,走高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展道路。作為服務(wù)于農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè),農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)對于優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出比,提高農(nóng)業(yè)市場競爭力,乃至于轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式都具有重要意義。因此,重視農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展,是貫徹落實(shí)中國特色新型農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化道路的重大舉措。本文在理論層面上,結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和DEA相關(guān)理論,構(gòu)建了適用于評價(jià)其效率的模型;在應(yīng)用層面上,以河南省為例進(jìn)行了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)效率評價(jià)實(shí)證研究,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。本文構(gòu)建了輸入(效率評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系)、處理(效率評價(jià)DEA模型)、輸出(效率模型結(jié)果分析)的三環(huán)節(jié)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)效率評價(jià)概念模型,擴(kuò)大了DEA模型的應(yīng)用范圍。首先,對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的具體含義進(jìn)行概述,并對關(guān)聯(lián)支撐理論進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析總結(jié);其次,分析了河南農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的整體水平以及目前存在的共性問題;進(jìn)而是構(gòu)建適用于評價(jià)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展效率的DEA模型;最后根據(jù)所得結(jié)果,并結(jié)合河南省的地區(qū)性特征,分析影響該省農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展效率的因素,進(jìn)而提出適用于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的策略。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economy has entered a medium and high speed growth stage. As the basic industry of the national economy, the environment of its modernization is also facing a major challenge. Agriculture should shift from the past to the intensive management, and take the high production, high quality and efficient road of modernization. It is of great significance to optimize the agricultural input and output ratio and improve the competitiveness of the agricultural market. It is of great significance to change the way of agricultural development. Therefore, it is a major measure to implement the development of agricultural productive service industry and to carry out the new road of modern agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics. Point and DEA related theory, build a model for evaluating its efficiency. At the application level, we take Henan Province as an example to carry out an empirical study on the efficiency evaluation of agricultural productive service industry, and further verify the validity of the model. This paper constructs an input (efficiency evaluation index system), processing (efficiency evaluation DEA model), output (efficiency model knot). The concept model of the efficiency evaluation of the three ring agricultural productive service industry has expanded the application scope of the DEA model. First, the specific meaning of the agricultural productive service industry is summarized, and the related support theory is analyzed and summarized. Secondly, the overall level of the agricultural productive service industry in Henan and the present existence are analyzed. The common problem is to build a DEA model for evaluating the development efficiency of agricultural productive service industry. Finally, based on the results, and combining the regional characteristics of Henan Province, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development efficiency of the agricultural productive service industry in this province, and then puts forward the strategies for the development of agricultural productive service industry.
