【摘要】：四川藏區(qū)屬于典型的集中連片特殊困難地區(qū),廣大農(nóng)牧民是精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作的主要幫扶對象。文章通過對四川阿壩州小金縣、甘孜州色達(dá)縣等藏族農(nóng)牧區(qū)的田野調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)藏區(qū)普遍將農(nóng)牧民致貧原因歸結(jié)為因?qū)W、因病、缺技能、缺勞動(dòng)力等。文章認(rèn)為,對這些原因要辨證看待,只有精準(zhǔn)辨證才能精準(zhǔn)施治,并著重對因?qū)W致貧以及藏區(qū)農(nóng)牧民的宗教信仰消費(fèi)、貧富觀等對精準(zhǔn)脫貧工作的影響進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Tibetan area belongs to the typical special difficulty area, and the farmers and herdsmen are the main help objects of the precision poverty alleviation work. Through field investigation of Tibetan farming and pastoral areas such as Xiaocin County of Aba Prefecture of Sichuan Province and Sada County of Ganzi Prefecture, it is found that the causes of poverty caused by farmers and herdsmen in Tibetan areas are generally attributed to the causes of school, illness, lack of skills and lack of labor force. The article holds that only accurate dialectical treatment of these reasons can be accurately treated, and the influence of poverty caused by learning, religious belief consumption of farmers and herdsmen in Tibetan area, the view of rich and poor on the work of accurate poverty relief is analyzed.
