【摘要】：基于天津市實地調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),運用二元Logistic回歸模型和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,分析了生計資產(chǎn)差異對農(nóng)戶宅基地退出意愿的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)戶宅基地退出意愿并不高;生計資產(chǎn)差異對農(nóng)戶宅基地退出意愿影響顯著,生計資產(chǎn)各構(gòu)成要素中,物質(zhì)資產(chǎn)對農(nóng)戶意愿的影響最大,其次是人力資產(chǎn)、心理資產(chǎn),三者是影響農(nóng)戶宅基地退出意愿的主導(dǎo)因素;而社會資產(chǎn)、自然資產(chǎn)、金融資產(chǎn)對農(nóng)戶意愿的影響相對較小。人力資產(chǎn)、心理資產(chǎn)、社會資產(chǎn)、金融資產(chǎn)對農(nóng)戶意愿具有顯著的正向影響,而自然資產(chǎn)、物質(zhì)資產(chǎn)對農(nóng)戶意愿有顯著的負(fù)向影響。農(nóng)戶個體及家庭特征、農(nóng)戶所在村莊特征也顯著影響農(nóng)戶意愿。最后,提出了相關(guān)對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the field investigation data in Tianjin, this paper analyzes the influence of the difference of livelihood assets on the farmers' willingness to withdraw from the homestead by using the binary Logistic regression model and the structural equation model. The results show that: the willingness of farmers to withdraw from homestead is not high; the difference of livelihood assets has a significant impact on the willingness of farmers to withdraw from homestead. Among the components of livelihood assets, material assets have the greatest influence on farmers' willingness to withdraw, followed by human assets. The psychological assets, the three factors are the dominant factors that affect the farmers' willingness to withdraw from the homestead, while the social assets, natural assets and financial assets have relatively little influence on the farmers' willingness to withdraw. Human assets, psychological assets, social assets, financial assets have a significant positive impact on the will of farmers, while natural assets, material assets have a significant negative impact on the will of farmers. The individual and family characteristics of the farmers and the characteristics of the villages of the farmers also significantly affect the wishes of the farmers. Finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
