【摘要】：近年來,農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展越來越得到高度重視,發(fā)展迅猛。與此同時,生態(tài)環(huán)境問題也日益突出,目前已有不少專家學(xué)者將目光聚焦于利用合作社為載體來促進(jìn)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。本論文以農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)理論研究為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法與案例分析法相結(jié)合,以麗江河源村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社這一新型農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社模式的發(fā)展為研究對象,對其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查分析。論文分為七個部分對該合作社的研究背景、相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了闡述,對合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,包括合作社概況、合作社工作聯(lián)系網(wǎng)、合作社生態(tài)項目類型、合作社的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),以及發(fā)展過程中所取得的效益,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會效益、生態(tài)效益三大效益進(jìn)行了深入了解。通過對麗江河源村生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析研究,指出其發(fā)展過程中存在的過度依賴外界力量;專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)不到位;建立在農(nóng)民知識體系上的運(yùn)行機(jī)制還不夠完善;合作社融資困難;等待獎勵的需求還未轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽杂X的意識等問題。論文通過對合作社發(fā)展過程中存在的問題進(jìn)行研究分析,追根溯源問題存在的根本原因,提出解決問題及促進(jìn)該合作社進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的相應(yīng)對策,以供相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行參考,并總結(jié)由該合作社的發(fā)展所引發(fā)的思考與啟示。本論文研究并非側(cè)重于單一的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展研究或生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展研究,而是研究將合作社與生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)相結(jié)合以達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)保護(hù)雙贏的這樣一個新型農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織,并研究該合作社在發(fā)展過程中如何將合作社與生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)及生態(tài)保護(hù)相結(jié)合。論文的研究在相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的創(chuàng)新性延伸,對生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展理論政策層面上的認(rèn)識有直接的指導(dǎo)作用,同時也為麗江老君山生態(tài)功能的保護(hù)研究工作及當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有非常重要的理論上的研究借鑒意義。論文結(jié)果對該合作社進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展提出對策和建議將今后該合作社的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大提供參考依據(jù),為政府制定促進(jìn)麗江河源生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策提供理論依據(jù)和政策參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of farmers' professional cooperatives has been paid more and more attention and developed rapidly. At the same time, the ecological environment is becoming more and more prominent. At present, many experts and scholars have focused on the use of cooperatives as the carrier to promote the development of ecological agriculture. This paper is based on Farmers' professional cooperatives and the theory of ecological agriculture. Using the literature research method and the case analysis method, this paper takes the development of the new farmer professional cooperative model of the ecological agricultural cooperative of Heyuan village in Lijiang as the research object, and makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation and Analysis on its development status. The thesis is divided into seven parts of the research background of the cooperative, and the relevant theoretical basis is expounded. The present situation of the development of the society, including the general situation of the cooperatives, the network of cooperative work, the types of the cooperative ecological projects, the characteristics of the cooperative development, and the benefits obtained in the process of development, including the three benefits of economic, social and ecological benefits, through the development of the ecological agricultural cooperatives in Heyuan, Lijiang The present situation of the development is analyzed and studied. It is pointed out that there are excessive reliance on external forces in the process of development; the professional technical service is not in place; the operation mechanism of the farmer's knowledge system is not perfect; the cooperative financing is difficult and the demand for the reward has not been transformed into self awareness. The paper has developed through the development of the cooperative. The problems existing in the course are studied and analyzed, the fundamental reasons for the existence of the problems are traced, and the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems and promote the further development of the co-operatives are put forward for the reference of the relevant departments, and the thoughts and revelations caused by the development of the cooperative are summarized. This paper does not focus on the single farmer's professional cooperation. The research of social development or the development of ecological agriculture is a new type of agricultural cooperative organization which combines cooperative and ecological agriculture to achieve win-win between economic development and ecological protection, and studies how the cooperative is combined with ecological agriculture and biological protection in the process of development. On the basis of the further innovative extension, it has a direct guiding role on the understanding of the theory and policy of the development of eco agricultural cooperatives. At the same time, it also has a very important theoretical research significance for the protection of the ecological function of the Laojun Mountain in Lijiang and the local economic development. Further development puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for the further development and expansion of the cooperative, and provide a theoretical basis and policy reference for the government to formulate relevant policies to promote the development of ecological agricultural cooperatives in Heyuan, Lijiang.
