【摘要】：馬鈴薯,俗稱土豆,是世界主要經(jīng)濟作物之一。我國的馬鈴薯種植面積和馬鈴薯產(chǎn)量均為世界第一。黑龍江省克山農(nóng)場具有悠久的馬鈴薯種植歷史和豐富的馬鈴薯品種資源,適宜馬鈴薯生長的氣候環(huán)境,是我國的示范性馬鈴薯產(chǎn)區(qū),在農(nóng)業(yè)市場經(jīng)濟體制逐漸完善的情況下,如何實現(xiàn)克山農(nóng)場馬鈴薯種植與加工業(yè)的長期發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為克山農(nóng)場的主要關(guān)注問題。隨著馬鈴薯主糧化戰(zhàn)略的提出,大力發(fā)展克山農(nóng)場的馬鈴薯種植與加工業(yè),不僅可以提高農(nóng)場的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平和農(nóng)場居民收入,還對保障我國的糧食安全,改善我國居民的膳食結(jié)構(gòu)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文立足于國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果,選取克山農(nóng)場馬鈴薯的種植與加工業(yè)為研究對象,首先介紹了選題的背景、意義與研究目標(biāo),其次對本文所需的概念和理論進(jìn)行闡述,再結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分析了克山農(nóng)場的馬鈴薯種植、加工及二者的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營三個層面的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了其發(fā)展中存在的多個問題,從種植層次看,產(chǎn)量低而不穩(wěn)定,種植品種結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、機械化程度不高;從加工層次看,缺乏加工專用品種和高附加值加工產(chǎn)品;從二者的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營層次看,存在原料供應(yīng)與加工廠的聯(lián)系存在脫節(jié)、市場局限和品牌效應(yīng)不足、比較效益較低的問題。同時,本文又對克山農(nóng)場馬鈴薯種植的綜合比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)進(jìn)行測算,對比較優(yōu)勢做出了定量分析,指出了克山農(nóng)場馬鈴薯種植具有顯著的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢和產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢,并運用波特菱形理論從種植與加工的生產(chǎn)要素、需求條件、相關(guān)與支持性行業(yè)的情況、企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略結(jié)構(gòu)和競爭對手、政府與機會等方面對其發(fā)展的競爭優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行了定性分析,分析出克山農(nóng)場的種植與加工具有良好的自然競爭優(yōu)勢、市場需求條件以及發(fā)展機遇。最后本文針對分析出的克山農(nóng)場種植與加工業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題以及其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,從種植、加工及二者的產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營三個層次提出了加大科技投入、改善品種結(jié)構(gòu)、提高脫毒種薯利用率、提高加工技術(shù)水平、加強與龍頭企業(yè)的合作、開拓市場、擴大品牌效應(yīng)等發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Potato, commonly known as potato, is one of the main cash crops in the world. China's potato planting area and potato yield are the first in the world. Keshan Farm in Heilongjiang Province has a long history of potato cultivation and rich resources of potato varieties, which is suitable for potato growth in the climatic environment. It is an exemplary potato production area in China. With the gradual improvement of the agricultural market economic system, Keshan Farm is a typical potato producing area in China. How to realize the long-term development of potato planting and processing industry in Keshan Farm has become the main concern of Keshan Farm. With the development of potato main grain strategy, vigorously developing potato planting and processing industry in Keshan farm can not only improve the level of economic development and income of farm residents, but also guarantee the food security of our country. It is of great practical significance to improve the dietary structure of Chinese residents. Based on the related research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper selects potato planting and processing industry in Keshan Farm as the research object. Firstly, it introduces the background, significance and research goal of the topic, and then expounds the concept and theory needed in this paper. Combined with the investigation data, the paper analyzes the current situation of potato planting, processing and industrialization management in Keshan Farm, and finds out many problems in the development. From the planting level, the yield is low and unstable. The structure of planting varieties is unreasonable and the degree of mechanization is not high; from the processing level, there is a lack of special varieties for processing and high value-added processed products; from the industrial management level of the two, there is a disconnection between the supply of raw materials and the processing factory. The market limitation and the brand effect insufficiency, the comparison benefit lower question. At the same time, this paper calculates the comprehensive comparative advantage index of potato planting in Keshan Farm, makes quantitative analysis of comparative advantage, and points out that potato planting in Keshan Farm has significant location advantage and product advantage. Using Porter's diamond theory, this paper makes a qualitative analysis of the competitive advantages of planting and processing in terms of factors of production, demand conditions, related and supportive industries, strategic structure of enterprises and competitors, governments and opportunities, and so on. It is concluded that the planting and processing of Keshan Farm have good natural competitive advantage, market demand conditions and development opportunities. Finally, aiming at the problems and advantages in the development of planting and processing industry in Keshan Farm, this paper puts forward to increase the input of science and technology and improve the variety structure from the three levels of planting, processing and industrialization management. To improve the utilization rate of virus-free seed potato, to improve the processing technology level, to strengthen the cooperation with leading enterprises, to open up the market, to expand the brand effect and other development strategies.
