基于DPSIR模型與TOPSIS算法的吉林省土地利用系統(tǒng)健康診斷

【摘要】:土地利用系統(tǒng)健康評(píng)價(jià)及障礙度診斷是實(shí)現(xiàn)土地可持續(xù)利用和科學(xué)管理的重要基礎(chǔ)。構(gòu)建基于DPSIR框架的吉林省土地利用系統(tǒng)健康評(píng)價(jià)模型,TOPSIS算法結(jié)合障礙度模型對(duì)其健康狀況及障礙因子進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)綜合診斷。結(jié)果表明:(1)吉林省土地利用系統(tǒng)健康狀況呈先遞減后遞增的總體提升態(tài)勢(shì)。(2)DPSIR子系統(tǒng)中,C_(驅(qū)動(dòng)力)、C_(狀態(tài))、C_(影響)基本呈遞增態(tài)勢(shì),C_(壓力)呈現(xiàn)"W"型變化態(tài)勢(shì),壓力較大且很不穩(wěn)定,C_(響應(yīng))長(zhǎng)期處于偏低態(tài)勢(shì)。(3)準(zhǔn)則層障礙度排序歷年一致,即Y_(壓力)Y_(狀態(tài))Y_(影響)Y_(驅(qū)動(dòng)力)Y_(響應(yīng));指標(biāo)層主要障礙因子:單位耕地面積農(nóng)藥施用量、全社會(huì)固定資產(chǎn)投資增長(zhǎng)率、土地墾殖率、地均GDP、農(nóng)民人均純收入、農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化水平。引入DPSIR模型可以從系統(tǒng)角度看待人和環(huán)境的相互關(guān)系,將其與TOPSIS算法相結(jié)合能夠客觀、真實(shí)反映區(qū)域土地利用系統(tǒng)健康動(dòng)態(tài)變化。
[Abstract]:The health evaluation and obstacle diagnosis of land use system are the important foundation for the realization of sustainable land use and scientific management. The health evaluation model of Jilin land use system based on the DPSIR framework is constructed, and the TOPSIS algorithm combined with the obstacle model to make a dynamic comprehensive diagnosis of its health status and obstacle factors. The results show that: (1) Jilin Province The health status of land use system is decreasing and increasing gradually. (2) in the DPSIR subsystem, C_ (driving force), C_ (state), C_ (influence) are basically increased, and C_ (pressure) presents a "W" change situation, the pressure is large and very unstable, C_ (response) is on the low trend for a long time. (3) the standard layer obstacle degree is consistent for all the years, that is Y_ (pressure). Force) Y_ (state) Y_ (influence) Y_ (driving force) Y_ (response); the main obstacle factor of the index layer: the amount of pesticide application per unit cultivated land, the growth rate of the investment in fixed assets of the whole society, the land reclamation rate, the land average GDP, the per capita net income of the peasants, the level of agricultural mechanization. The introduction of DPSIR model can view the relationship between human and the environment from a systematic angle, and then it and T The combination of OPSIS algorithm can objectively and truly reflect the healthy and dynamic changes of the land use system in the region.
