【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進程的推進,促使越來越多的農(nóng)村人口選擇到城市務工。廣大農(nóng)民工群體作為城市建設的主力軍,對城市經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了巨大的推動作用。然而作為城市中的弱勢群體,他們的城市融入和社會融合狀況卻不容樂觀。本文結(jié)合中國二元經(jīng)濟社會的實際,采用2005年、2008年和2011年全國調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)從經(jīng)濟、社會、心理、文化等四個維度測度了農(nóng)民工的城市融入程度,從各個子維度分析農(nóng)民工城市融入的演進趨勢,重點探討市場化進程對農(nóng)民工城市融入的影響。本文結(jié)合因子分析法和模糊集理論測度農(nóng)民工的城市融入水平及其隨時間的變化趨勢,重點分析市場化因素對農(nóng)民工城市融入的影響。本文的主要研究結(jié)論是:第一,隨著時間推移,農(nóng)民工整體城市融入度提高,其中經(jīng)濟融入和社會融入對其整體融入度的提高的貢獻較大,而心理融入和文化融入的變化并不明顯;第二,市場化進程的推進有利于農(nóng)民工的城市融入,特別是對其經(jīng)濟社會融入的影響更為顯著,市場化因素一方面通過直接改善農(nóng)民工所在的城市的經(jīng)濟社會環(huán)境從而影響其城市融入,另一方面通過影響農(nóng)民工的稟賦回報從而影響農(nóng)民工的城市融入;第三,市場化進程對農(nóng)民工的城里人身份認同有負向的影響而對本地人身份認同有正向顯著的影響。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)盡管市場化可以部分改善農(nóng)民工的城市融入程度,但市場化的改善作用有限,特別是對農(nóng)民工的心理文化融入的促進方面,市場化的作用并不明顯;而且對于不同的農(nóng)民工群體市場化的影響作用也不盡相同。因此,本文提出對農(nóng)民工的城市融入過程需要政府進一步從政策層面予以引導并應針對不同人群進行區(qū)別化的有針對性的政策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society and the advancement of urbanization, more and more rural people choose to work in cities. As the main force of urban construction, migrant workers play a great role in promoting the development of urban economy. However, as a vulnerable group in the city, their urban integration and social integration is not optimistic. Combined with the reality of China's dual economy and society, this paper measures the degree of urban integration of migrant workers from the four dimensions of economy, society, psychology and culture by using the national survey data of 2005, 2008 and 2011. This paper analyzes the evolution trend of migrant workers' urban integration from each sub-dimension, and focuses on the impact of market-oriented process on migrant workers' urban integration. Combined with factor analysis and fuzzy set theory, this paper measures the level of urban integration of migrant workers and its changing trend with time, and analyzes the influence of market-oriented factors on the integration of migrant workers. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, with the passage of time, the urban integration of migrant workers as a whole increases, in which economic integration and social integration contribute greatly to the improvement of their overall integration. The changes of psychological integration and cultural integration are not obvious. Secondly, the promotion of market-oriented process is conducive to the urban integration of migrant workers, especially to their economic and social integration. On the one hand, market-oriented factors affect the urban integration by directly improving the economic and social environment of the cities where migrant workers live, on the other hand, it affects the urban integration of migrant workers by influencing their endowment returns; third, The process of marketization has a negative effect on the urban identity of migrant workers and a positive and significant impact on the identity of the local people. Although marketization can partially improve the degree of urban integration of migrant workers, the effect of marketization is limited, especially the promotion of psychological and cultural integration of migrant workers, the role of marketization is not obvious; Moreover, the effect of marketization on different migrant workers groups is not the same. Therefore, this paper points out that the process of urban integration of migrant workers should be guided by the government from the policy level and should be differentiated from different groups of people.
